Assassin Prince

Chapter 2

It was morning and Eleanor waited on the bench thinking of who Ghost was. He was Prince Zoran; he ran away from his kingdom, everyone taught he went over sea. Zoran turned, Eleanor looked at him, he slowly got up holding his head in his left hand. His eyes widened; he realized his mask and hood where off. He quickly put them back on and looked at Eleanor. "You know that I know who you are Zoran." He took his mask off.

"Don't tell anyone."

"Does that man know?"

"Yes. He helped me after I ran away."

The door opened and the man walked in, "I know that Queen Isabelle will be looking for you here, you have to go to Princess Elizabeth she will help you."

Zoran got up and walked to the man, "Some of her guards know who I am they'll turn me into my father and I don't want to go back!"

He put his hands on Zoran's shoulders, "You have fought so many battles and won, one more won't do any harm."

Zoran walked out the door and Eleanor followed him. He got on the front of the horse, he helped Eleanor onto the horse. They rode trough the the forest Piper tripped and Eleanor almost fell off. "Easy Piper." Eleanor wrapped her arms around Zoran's waist; she didn't go to sleep all so she laid her head on his back and closed her eyes. Zoran didn't care he just kept his eye peeled for any guards.

When they made it to the kingdom the guards welcomed them, Princess Elizabeth was outside. "Welcome Ghost and Princess Eleanor. I was told you needed my help." Zoran just nodded, Eleanor was still asleep. Princess Elizabeth noticed Eleanor, "Do you like her?"

Zoran looked at Eleanor then Elizabeth, "No...I don't."

"Well she obviously likes you." Zoran slightly nudged Eleanor, she slightly sat up still tired. He got off his horse, then he helped Eleanor down. The guards took his horse to the stables. Elizabeth walked inside, Zoran followed after her but Eleanor didn't move; she was swaying left to right. Zoran sighed and picked her up in his arms.

"Follow me." Princess Elizabeth led the to a room that had only a bed and a few closets. "Stay for as long as you want I'll be in my room. Please knock on the door."

Once Princess Elizabeth left Zoran laid Eleanor on the bed and put a blanket on her. He went and locked the door. He sat on the corner of the bed; he took his hood and mask off, and he was holding his mask in his hands with his eyes closed.

Eleanor got up and looked at Zoran she got of the bed and walked towards him. She she stood in front of him and put her hand on his head and started messing with his hair, he leaned forward putting his forehead against her stomach. Eleanor changed him; he was no longer a ruthless assassin, but someone who was looking for themselves. He opened his eyes and looked up at Eleanor, she put one hand on his cheek and he put his hand on her hand. "Zoran. I'm going to go talk to Princess Elizabeth."

"Okay just be back quick."

She walked down the hallways and saw Princess Elizabeth through the opening of her bedroom door. She knocked, "Come in!" She walked inside her room was a beautiful green, lavender, and red. "I see you've taken liking of my room."

"Yes it's gorgeous, I was stuck in a tower since my father had died. What are you doing?"

"I'm drawing our village." Eleanor walked up to the Princesses table. "Do you want to try?"

She looked at the Princess, "I used to draw in my tower, I'll try..." she sat down next to the Princess and started drawing Heru.

"Not bad."

The castle trumpets started playing. Eleanor looked out the window and gasped; it was Prince Alexander with his guards and Queen Isabelle's guards. She ran out of Princess Elizabeth's room and to the room Zoran and her where staying in. "Zoran!" He was still in the same spot and looked up at her. "Prince Alexander, his guards, and my mother's guards are here!"

He got up put his masked on and pulled his hood down. He grabbed her hand and ran downstairs, they hide behind a wall. It was Prince Alexander, "I know Ghost is here! I saw his horse, I will have to search your castle." Ghost grabbed Eleanor's hand tightly and ran towards the front door. "There they are! Get them!"

Ghost ran towards the stable with Eleanor. "Eleanor get Piper out while fight the guards." He ran to the guards while Eleanor ran inside and took the lead off Piper. When she came back out she saw that Zoran had killed all of the guards. "Come on!" He helped Eleanor up then on after her. 

They got away just in time Eleanor looked at Zoran, "That's the second time we got away." He got of the horse then helped her off. A dart hit Eleanor in the shoulder, she fell onto her side. "Eleanor!" Another dart flew, this time hitting Zoran in the neck, he fell forward right next to Eleanor.

"Hello Prince Zoran..."
