Doctor Jake Rodger had this to say
"Stay inside, do not drink tap water, a delivery of water will come to every single household, and the poor will be given a place to sleep, If you experience any of the following symptoms immediately go to your closest hospital.
SYMPTOMS:
loss of eye sight [poor vision]
A rash [normally spotted by the eyes]
Psychopathic thoughts [including, the thought of killing someone etc]
If your or someone you know is experiencing these symptoms, go to the hospital ASAP"
