Chapter Seven

4 month time skip bc I'm lazy☺,
Eren's POV

I wake up to a loud knock at the door. Not much has gone on. Later today me and Levi are going to see how the baby is doing, and we might learn the gender, well Levi will, I want it to be a surprise at my baby shower.

Jean has texted me hundreds of times but I didn't open any of them. I want my life to stay where it is. I also totally forgot that I'm pregnant and didn't tell people. Oops.

Levi isn't next to me. You couldn't leave a note levi? I thought. I got up and walked to the door to find who was knocking.
"Jean?"
" listen before you close the door, I really need to talk to you! And it's not another lame attempt to get you back. " he said quickly.

I felt kind of bad, and just a little guilty because he had been hooked on drugs and alcohol, and the spots under his eyes are gone and he looks....cleaner.

I sighed. "Come in." I said and moved and motioned him inside.
As I follow in behind him I notice a bunch of flowers and a note on the table.

I smiled really big and smelled the flowers. So freaking loveable. I thought about Levi, forgetting that Jean was there for a second.
"Wow who are those from?" He said in amazement at how big the flower pot was.

"No one. Now.... Why are you here?" I say sitting down.
J=Jean & E=Eren

J "I just wanted to come and talk to you and say sorry. When we were dating everything was fine, and...and..." His eyes wondered to my round stomach. He had a very weird look on his face.
E "i will explain later...."
J "okay... Well as I was saying I just wanted to tell you that I have been getting help and support, I'm off of drugs. And I'm doing way better." He looked at me desperately .
E "Jean that's-that's really great. I'm glad you are doing better." I smiled.
J "also, maybe we could....try again?"
E I sighed "Jean I have moved on. You need to too."
J "it was worth a shot. Anyway how have you been?" He said. I just told him everything normal about my job and nothing else. I still don't know if he can be fully trusted yet.

Levi's POV

I went out early to get things for eren. I may be going overboard, but I love the brat, so else can I do. I walked into the apartment with a stuffed animal small, and a box of chocolates. Just as I was about to yell for Eren, I see shoes that weren't mine or his, then I hear the talking.

I walk into the room.
"Hey baby" I usually greeted him, and then I packed his cheek.
"Hi~~~" Eren said smiling. "Beautiful card" he said.
"Well ya know" I said and gave a small smile back.

As I walked back into the kitchen I glared at Jean giving him the 'touch him and I murder you' look. Jean got up

"I think I should go...thank for hearing me out." He said to Eren
" Mm-hmm" Eren said as he gave a very small smile. As Jean left Eren sighed. He walked over to me and wrapped his arms around my waist, and snuggled his nose in my neck.

I can feel his breathing get slower. "Eren?....."
"Yes"  he replied.
"Are you smelling me?" I asked while smiling.
" ..........no? " Eren said as he took his head out of my neck and kissed me.
"Lets go see our baby." I said quietly. I took his hand and we walked out of the apartment on the way to the hospital.
