The fire was burning, dark smoke going high into the air. It was getting harder and harder to breathe as each second passed. The smoke engulfed her, swimming into her lungs.
                                  BEEP-BEEP-BE-

Lena threw her arm onto her phone, making the alarm shut off. She lifted her head simultaneously, causing her head to go fuzzy. Her heart was racing.

"Why do I keep having that dream... dear god it feels so real." She muttered to herself, taking a sip of her night old water on the bed side table.

After Lena finished getting ready and eating her yummy leftovers from last night as her breakfast, she unlocked her phone. Her heart began to beat slightly faster than usual as she clicked on Hoseok's Chatr ID.

Lena 10:23am
-Hey Hoseok, let me know when you're ready to show me around. I have all the time in the world :)

Hobi 10:31am
-I can head over to the place you're staying at in 30 minutes. Remember what I said yesterday tho!

Lena smiled and giggled quietly to herself. She's really going to be hanging out with Hoseok!

Her smile diminished slightly. She had told herself earlier that she will act like she has no idea who Hobi actually is, in the hope that maybe he will tell her himself. But there's a slim chance in that.

Lena is extremely aware of what could happen if he even gets caught talking to a strange girl by the paparazzi, keeping that in thought she has to respect what he wants to show her and how he has to dress to hide his true identity.

Around 45 minutes later, Lena received a text from Hoseok saying he was outside the apartment.

"Here goes nothing!" She thought, breathing in deeply. She threw her purse over her shoulder and picked up her water bottle.

When Lena went outside the front of the lobby, she looked around. Only to find no one standing outside. She got worried and stepped further out.

Lena saw a man in the corner of her eye raise his hand in a wave. She sighed in relief and walked towards him.

"Hi! Thank you for actually showing up by the way." Lena breathed out, trying to act as casual as possible.

"Why wouldn't I?" Hoseok asked rhetorically, "Anyway, let's head out. There is so much to show, even only in this district." He said, almost with excitement as if it's his first time as well. Hoseok waited for Lena to walk ahead first before taking his spot beside her.

Lena noticed his outfit wasn't too far off from last night. He was dressed in all black, but this time without a hat or sunglasses. A small smile grew on her face.

"So... you're not going to ask me why I'm here or where I'm from?" Lena asked Hoseok, glancing at him.

"Usually someone would tell me those answers without me having to ask." He responded, letting out a laugh.

"Oh I guess they would." Lena felt a blush rise on her face, because of his response and the fact that he laughed.

"But, I will ask if you insist." Hoseok looked at her "Why are you here and where are you from?" he asked, with, surprisingly, a hint of curiosity.

"Well, since you asked." Lena smiled with a smug look on her face "I'm here because it's been my dream to travel the world, and this is my first stop." She said, dramatically swinging her arms, careful not to hit anyone walking past them.

"And I'm from a city in Oregon state of the US." She finished off rather quickly.

"Ah traveling, I do that quite often." Hoseok responded, abruptly cutting himself off "Oregon... I don't hear much about that place." He muttered "and by the way, your Korean is very good." He winked.

Oh god. Oh god. What? Did he just wink at me. What!? Lena's head went crazy.

"Ah! Thank you!" She replied, extremely flustered. She felt her face turn red.

Hoseok noticed how flustered Lena got and immediately regretted his compliment. He didn't want her to get attached to him or anything like that.

"Let's go in here, it's a great place to try some exotic ice cream flavors." Hoseok turned to the building, leading a still blushing Lena into cafe.

Why does she have to be cute... Hoseok thought, talking about the wonderful ice cream, trying to distract his thoughts and her thoughts.

It sounds as if Hoseok is the one to have to worry about getting attached, well Lena too of course.

The first few chapters will probably be more of showing the characters and how they think.
