I woke up to the sound of my alarm ringing so loudly. I reached for my phone and turned it off 6:40am
"I should probably get our breakfast ready" I said to myself as I lazily get out of my bed. I walked to the bathroom wash up and changed my clothes but suddenly I remembered what Gahyeon told me last night "well since you're here in Korea already... Why not find her?" I kept on repeating the sentence until I found myself in a mess.
I faced the bathroom mirror, looked at my reflection and said "Get your shit together Handong..." I said splashing some water onto my face. I got out and walked downstairs to check if I have enough ingredients to cook something

I'm now lying on my bed spacing out. I had a good sleep last night but what's bothering me is my dream. I suddenly dreamed about that time when I saved a kid that scraped her knees, it's funny how my dream was fully detailed like it just happened yesterday or something "Hey Miniji, you're spacing out. Are you okay?" Yoobin said and she laid down beside me
I hugged her snuggling onto her neck "hmm... I'm just tired" I said and she hummed in response. "Minji... What job should I take?" She asked suddenly "Hmm? All of a sudden?... well I recommend business management, stuff like that since It's our major" I said and she wrapped her hands around my waist pulling me closer to her if it's even possible
"I promise you Minji, I will never leave your side. I'll never harm and break your heart... let's build a happy family soon" She said in a cheesy tone
I playfully hit her shoulder "Yahh you're so cheesy now huh?" I said while smiling "Come'on babe, I'll just prepare our food already" She said pulling away from me making me pout, she pecked my lips and headed to the kitchen leaving me alone in my room again. I looked outside my window and saw the park.
The park that's full of memories of my childhood...
I shook my head and decided it will be good to take a walk around the park just to take my mind off things.

I just woke up from my deep slumber, hair still messy. I walked down just to see Handong-Unnie setting the food down on the dining table "Unnie good morning" I said while smiling and she looked at me with a sisterly smile "Good morning my little sis" She said spreading her arms signaling me to hug her and I gladly accepted it
"I can't believe that starting from today I'll always be greeted with a morning hug" I said and she just chuckled "Hey, let's eat now before the food gets cold"
It was a comfortable silence until she spoke about a topic that I really want to talk about with her "Gahyeon... Do you think I still have a chance to find that kid who helped me?" She asked, I looked at her and said "Unnie, I'm sure you'll be able to find her. Maybe she hasn't moved out here yet... am I right?" she nodded in response
"Oh... Unnie, you still haven't told me her name" I noticed her attitude changed "Her name is Minji...Kim Minji" she told me while smiling "why don't you tell me more about her?" I asked "Umm... I really didn't know much about her... But she's really cute, cheerful and kind. Other kids were just laughing at me back then but when I made eye contact with her I noticed... she's the only one who looked at me in concern"
"Hey Dong-unnie, you're saying this as if she's your lost lover" I teased her and she hit me on my shoulder "Yah! I just want to find and thank her anyways" She said rolling her eyes playfully "Wait... do you have anything that she gave to you? Because it might help you find her" She stood up and got something from her bag on the couch "This... this handkerchief" she said while showing me the white cloth with bunny and carrots but I noticed something to it
"Unnie look! there's her name on it too!" I said while pointing it out. She folded the handkerchief and put it back to her bag "Unnie, you should really start now if you desperately want to find her" I said and she just nodded
Time Skip
We finally finished eating and I insisted to wash our dishes since she already cooked for both of us. After finally convincing her she told me that she'll only go outside for a walk and try to recall some of her childhood memories
"Gahyeon, I'll go now! Just call me if you need something" She said while wearing her shoes "Okay Unnie!" She got out and I started washing our dishes. Minutes later I finished my task and my phone started ringing
"Hello?"
"Gahyeon-ahh! Are you free later?"
"Oh, Sua-unnie? You need something?"
"Um... I just need someone to talk to heheh I'm just bored here"
"oh okay then... what time will we meet up?"
"later lunchtime, it's my treat so don't worry"
"Yay! Oh, do we have anyone else coming with us?"
"Yep, My friend Kim Yoohyeon"
"ohhh... I can't wait to know her hehehe I'll hang up now unnie! I still have many things to do"
"Okay! take care Gahyeon-ahh!"
After I ended the call with Sua-Unnie, I fixed some other things and got ready to change my clothes. I texted Dong-unnie informing her that I'll go out with my friend later

I'm now walking around the park "Finally... I've arrived here" I said as I got to a playground "Wow...this place hasn't changed that much..." I mumbled and I looked over to see a Tree, That one single tree in this part of the park... The one where I saw the kid who saved me. I clutched the handkerchief I was holding "I promise to find you Minji..."
I walked to the tree and saw something carved on the side "My favorite Place -Kim Minji" I looked at it in shock "Wow... I can't believe it's still there" I put my hand over the carvings on the tree when I heard a kid yell "Ouch!"
