chapter 2

mom was in the car by the time I was walking out the door. I walked to the front seat. I got in and smiled at my mom.

I pulled out my phone and texted Vanessa.

Vanessa is one of my best friends and she goes to ecta, she calls me wifey. I texted her meet me at the front of the school.

I said by to my mom and jumped out the car and walked to the front.

There was these two guys I didn't know but they were holding the gates open.

I walked through and the guy on the left said hi.

He was about 5'9 or something like that. He was light skinned but you could tell he was black.

Very muscular and he was hot. He was wearing black jeans and a blue shirt that clung to his body so well.

I was like hi with a small smile.

He pulled me close and kissed me. His lips were so soft.

I pulled away.

I yelled "HEY WHYED YOU DO THAT I DON'T KNOW YOU AND I HAVE A BOYFRIEND".

He was like "your pretty when your mad and my names Devin and that's josh".

"Hi I'm bryttany nice to meet you". I said calmly.

Devin was checking me out.

Then I opened my mouth to say some thing but was interrupted by someone yelling my name.

I turned and faced Vanessa who had her hands open waiting for a hug.

"Vanessa" I screamed and hugged her forgetting about devin and josh.

Then I pulled away and turned to devin.

"Vanessa this is devin and josh" I said pointing to them.

"Damn you already made friends." She said in a surprised voice.

"Yep" was all I could think to say. Then I herd a male voice scream my name.

I turned and smiled when I saw my boyfriend devin. I walked to him and hugged him.

He gave me a kiss.

I pulled away and said "devin you know I hate kissing in public."

" Well I'm sorry if I haven't seen you in a while and wanted to show you I missed you." He stated.

I rolled my eyes. "I missed you to devin. "

I grabbed his hand and pulled him towards vanessa and the others.

"Devin this is josh" I said pointing at josh.

Hey devin said.

"This is going to be easy" I stated.

"Devin this is Devin."

" Oh cool your name is devin to."

Devin said "yes", (the devin holding the gate stated).

"I have to go see you later babe," devin whispered in my ear.

Okay bye. "I chirped.

Devin walked away and I turned to nessa aka venessa.

" So what have you been up to? "I asked nessa.

"Great and how was your summer?"

"Oh My Gosh I had so much fun I got to jet skii and so much more. "

"I have to find my way around this big ass school which I don't know where anything is. "I stated to vanessa.

"I am going to be so lost to and I am so confused. "

"We can show you around if you want" devin said making me turn to look at him.

Before I declined vanessa said," Yes that would be so great thank you. "

" Okay let's go" I said through a forced smile.

Josh said "great let's go."

We followed the two guys as they showed us the campus.

"So is makaylnn starting this year?" vanessa asked.

"No he said he's going to Las Vegas for the first year then come here. "

Devin looked at me and said,

Bryttany what program are you in?

Education I want to be a teacher,

what about you? Mechanic he said.

Vanessa said engineer.

Devin and Josh said wait what?

Your a girl in the engineer program? Josh asked.

Yes why girls can't do that I like fixing cars is that against the law or something she shouted.

No I mean no nothing is wrong with that , josh studdered.

Good I can't stand that she said.

I laughed.

Calm down babe.I said in a calming way

The guys looked at us and we both laughed.

We call each other babe or wifey and hubbie but it means nothing.

Oh devin and josh said.

So what grade are you in devin.

Tenth and I'm guessing by how you don't know this school your in nineth right.

Yes we are in 9th grade.

So they showed us around and than we sat at a table and started talking.

What school did you come from devin asked.

Harney don't get it mixed up with horney which is not a middle school.I stated.

I stood up, where are you going vanessa asked.

Bathroom anything wrong with that? I asked in a rush.

Nope go with the flow.she giggled.

Haha go with the flow. I walked away towards the bathroom.

Before I walked in the bathroom I heard a girl laugh and saw devin my boyfriend pushed up against her.

Oh my gosh what the hell is he doing, though it was obvious. He was kissing on her neck.

Devin What The Hell Are You Doing? I screamed.

Shit. He growled

I saw you don't try to lie to me.

I'm sorry. He said

We're through have a great day. I shouted walking away as fast as I could.

Don't cry bryttany don't cry he is not worth it.I told myself.

I walked back to the table and as soon as I sat down vanessa asked.

You okay what's wrong.

I sighed and looked at her.

I whispered in her ear.

Devin cheated on me.

WHAT she jumped up and said. Where is he?
