"The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step."

Rossi's Viewpoint:
Sitting down in the roundtable room with people all around me and Aaron still in my office with Anna and the young boy, I knew that I was going to have to lead the team for the time being until Aaron was ready to face this case.
I looked over at Penelope and she looked over at me, and I nodded and she began to present the case, and I knew that Gibbs, Gideon, and I were going to have to present more information to the team so that they could understand Lodge better so that we could be able to capture him and to be able to find Missy as well.
But I also couldn't get the image of the young boy out of my head. I figured that he was Missy's son, but those eyes. Who do they belong to? They remind me of someone that I knew that I had to deal with in the past. I couldn't get the image out of my head. I knew that I am going to have to ask Penelope for information on him.
It's starting to bother me as Penelope continued to present the case to the team, and while she was present the case, I could sense that there was someone else that was here. Here to see me. Here to give all answers to some of the questions that I am seeking the answers to.
I turned in my chair slightly and I looked past Morgan's head and down into the pit, and I saw someone I knew all too well.
I then excused myself from the case being presented and Gibbs followed me out of the room, and I knew that they were going to talk, but that didn't matter right now. All that matter was the fact that FP came to see us.
I knew that he would have some answers to some questions that I had. But I could tell by the look on his face that he was scared. He was worried about something and that was when I realized that I forgot to call FP to let him know about what was going on.
I soon reached him along with Gibbs down by the desks in the pit. I could feel the looks from the team, and I knew that I needed to get him away from here to tell him what was going on, and to ask him some questions as well.
All that FP said was, "Rossi."
"FP," I said, "We need to talk."
"But..." FP said.
"Let's go somewhere private," Gibbs said.
"What's going on?" FP began to question as I put a hand on FP's shoulder as I began to guide him out of the room and lead him down the hallway towards the interrogation rooms.
"Rossi," FP kept saying, but I kept silent.
I needed to find the words to tell him what was going on, and what we are doing to find his twin sister. But I don't even know how to begin nor do I know how to start.
I opened one of the doors to one of the interrogation rooms, and let him go in first and then Gibbs went in after him, and then I closed the door behind us.
I then said, "Sit, FP."
"What the hell is going on here, Rossi?" FP said as he was walking around the room and he began to get angry at the fact that we weren't saying anything to him.
"I said, sit," I repeated and that was when FP looked over at me and knew that I was being serious and that was when he silently sat down in one of the chairs and then I sat across from me and Gibbs sat down in an extra chair that was left in the room from a previous interrogation.
There was a moment of silence before I finally spoke.
I began to speak by asking, "FP, when was the last time that you spoke to your sister?"
