Virgil POV
Ugh why does my head hurt, I think as I wake up from a somewhat peaceful slumber with a sharp pain in the back of my head. I slowly sat up with an aching body, I put my head in my hands and think how I could have gotten sick for a moment when suddenly there's a knock at my door.
"You up Virgil" asks Gordon from the other side of my door "yeah I'm up" I reply feeling if I say anymore he'll find out I'm sick and I don't want him telling Scott, well I'm just glad grandma isn't here she would get mad if I didn't tell her I was sick. Grandma has gone on holiday leaving Scott in charge how fun. "Ok see you in a bit" replies Gordon.
Once Gordon is gone I slowly start to get out of bed, the moment I stand up I almost fall but catch myself before I hit the floor, I take deep breaths and steady myself before standing again and get changed into my clothes slowly thinking if I go any faster I would make myself sick.
I head down to the kitchen for breakfast all thought I don't feel like eating, Scott passes me a plate of breakfast " thanks Scott" I say even though I don't want to eat anything "no problem Virgil" as I'm about to take a bite John calls " international rescue we have a situation" says my brother " what's the problem John" I ask trying to act as normal as I can.
"an earthquake has just happened and people are trapped in a building, they need help getting out I'm sending the coordinates" replies John "FAB John" says Scott as we go to our Thunderbirds " when I get to the site I will check everything out Virgil" says my eldest brother "FAB Scott it will take me some time to get there anyway" I reply.
I'm piloting Thunderbird 2 at a steady speed not wanting to go faster and make my self throw up, that would be bad. 10 minutes later I arrive at the site and Scott has just finished scouting out the site " I've found a point that can be moved, there's a piece of debris that if we move it we can get everyone out" says Scott " ok I'm going to get the jaws of life" I say.
After getting the jaws of life Scott leads me to the spot and I get to work moving debris until I have moved the final piece and Scott starts to help people out. I go and put the jaws of life back and step out of Thunderbird 2 and suddenly I start to feel extremely dizzy and the world starts spinning then all of a sudden all goes black.
Scott POV
After helping the people out of the building one by one I turn around and notice Virgil looks pale and very dizzy, then suddenly he passes out, I run over to Virgil and stop his head from hitting the ground " Virgil can you hear me , Virgil wake up" I panic so I call John in Thunderbird 5 " Thunderbird 1 to Thunderbird 5 do you read" I say panicking " Scott what's wrong" I hear John ask.
"It's Virgil he's just passed out" I say to my younger brother trying to remain calm, I then place a hand on Virgil's head and pull back quickly "John he's got a fever I need to get him back to Tracy Island," I say worrying for my little brothers sake. "But what about Thunderbird 2 Scott," John asks "I just have to fly it as well unless the GDF can bring it back to Tracy Island," I say then John replies " I'll get the GDF to bring Thunderbird 2 back to Tracy island".
With that in mind I move Virgil into Thunderbird 1 "FAB John" I reply then start flying to Tracy island and contact Brains "Brains I need your help" I say trying to keep calm "of course Scott what do you need" I hear Brains respond "Virgil's sick and I'm going to need some help, I'm bringing him back in Thunderbird 1" I respond back to Brains and quickly check on Virgil.
I turn back and face Brains " I'll be on standby Scott," Brains says "thanks Brains" I respond and continue to fly to Tracy Island. Once I arrived at Tracy island I carried Virgil out of Thunderbird 1 and met up with Brains in Virgil's room. I place Virgil on his bed and let Brains take a look at him to see what's wrong.
"Well Scott Virgil has a fever so we need to reduce his temperature, to do that we must put a cold washcloth on his head and make sure he drinks lots of water" says Brains " thanks Brains I will take care of him" I reply "ok then Scott, I'll leave you to take care of Virgil".
I went to the kitchen and got a bowl of ice cold water and got a washcloth, I then went to Virgil's room and gently placed the damp cloth on his forehead. Then Gordon into the room "what happened?" he asked "Virgil has a fever while we were on the mission he passed out" I say quietly not wanting to wake Virgil up " is he ok?" Gordon asked, "he will be, he just needs to rest" I reply "ok I'll let Alan know what's going on". I nod then suddenly I hear a groan coming from Virgil.
Virgil POV
I woke up with a groan, then I realised I am in my room on Tracy Island. I question how I got there as I had been called out with Scott, that's when I notice Scott by my side and a cool washcloth on my forehead. Scott has a worried expression on his face, panicking thinking he was mad I closed my eyes then I heard Scott say " I'm not mad Virgil, just worried".
While my eyes are still closed I can feel Scott running his hand through my hair and then I open my eyes and see Scott smiling, all of a sudden I yawn, feeling tired, Scott tells me "get some sleep Virgil" I nod and are about to go to sleep, honestly I don't want to sleep alone, but then Scott gets in bed behind me and keeps running his hand through my hair and I fall asleep.
Scott POV
After Virgil falls asleep, I keep running my hand through his hair, all of a sudden a call comes in from John " hows he doing, I just thought I'd check on my little brothers condition" says John "he's alright just fell asleep actually" I reply " that's good, I've got to go Scott" replies John "see you later". All of a sudden I feel tired and my eyes are heavy, I just let my eyes close falling asleep with Virgil safe.
General POV
Standing in the door of Virgil's room is Alan, Gordon, Brains and Kayo, looking at the two brothers sleeping " it's good to see there okay" says Alan "yeah it is" Kayo continues "we should leave them be" says Gordon "good idea" Brains agrees. They leave the two brothers to sleep.
