You are sleeping and your mother comes in your room.

Mom: sweety, wake up. Today is the day you can go home *says softly*

Y/n: *you wake up slowly with little eyes*

Mom: goodmorning sweety

Y/n: morning.. *yawns*

Mom: Well, change your clothes and pick your stuff, then we can go home

Y/n: *yawns again* where is Finn?

Mom: oh he had to go home, because of his parents

Y/n: oh.. okay

Mom: *smiles* you really love him right?

Y/n: ofcourse I do, he is the best boyfriend you can wish for, he is very protective, sweet, cute, funny and.. just perfect

Mom: Awh

Y/n: I already miss him, even tho I saw him last evening

Mom: yeah I get that

Y/n: *changes clothes and picks stuff* I think I am ready

Mom: okay good, then we're going home

Doctor: bye Y/n

*you and your mum walk to the car and drive home*

Y/n: *in your room texting a message to Finn* hey baby, I am home from the hospital ❤️

Finn: *texts back* that's great! Apparently I can't come to you right now, my parents want me to be home

Y/n: *texts back* oh okay :( when do I see you again?

Finn: *texts back* tomorrow at school, I promise 💞 and in the weekend I have a surprise for you, so be prepared 😉😘

Y/n: *texts back* awwhh, okay see you tomorrow and in the weekend 😍😘❤️

Finn: *texts back* bye baby 😘

Y/n: *lays phone away and smiles, because you're happy. Then suddenly you feel extremely tired* pff

Mom: *knocks on the door softly*

Y/n: come in.. *says sleepy*

Mom: *opens the door and puts a cup of tea on the little table* I guess you want tea *smiles*

Y/n: *smiles slightly* thank you *yawns*

Mom: are you okay sweety?

Y/n: yeah, I am just tired

Mom: Well, if there is something just come to me, I am in the livingroom

Mom: *leaves*

Y/n: *after you finished your tea, you lay down and slowly falls asleep*
