The Truth

Momo's Dorm, GIRL'S NIGHT

I was sitting with all the girls in class 1-A, Mina was in a chair, Momo and Jirou shared the couch, Tsuyu sat on another chair, Toru, Kaori, and I sat on the floor. Kaori was among many other new students who were transferred to UA after a school was burned down.

"...and then she said: "ARE YOU SORRY?!" and I just laughed so hard, I cried!"

Mina was telling the girls what I had told her the day before, sure I hated that she was telling them, but I trusted these girls, I had high doubts they'd actually tell anyone I didn't trust.

"Is that all true?" Toru asked, tapping my shoulder.

I nodded, "Uh-huh..."

Tsuyu looked at me and spoke up, "When are you going to tell him?"

"I DON'T HAVE A CRUSH ON DEKU!" I blurted out.

"... I never said anything about a crush or Deku..."

"I-I know that! i-it's just that.... umm... uh... I... Mina said the same thing! I just di-"

Momo butted in, "Uraraka, you can tell us. We won't tell anyone."

I sighed and stood up, I turned around, and walked towards the door.

"KERO!" Tsuyu's long tongue shot out and shut the door.

"Really, Tsu?"

"You don't need to tell us, but you DO need to tell yourself, do you, or do you not like Deku as more than a friend?"

"..."

Well... I...

"I... I do..."

The girls let out a cheer and rushed over to me.

"We knew it!"

"KERO! KERO!"

"We won't tell anyone."

"When are you telling him? I can talk to Denki to find out if he likes you back."

"..."

I let out another sigh, "I... don't know when I'll tell him..."

"I'm so making you tell him tonight!" Kaori said the other girls nodded in agreement.

Next thing I knew, the girls where all pushing me towards the door. I used my quirk and floated above them, "I'm not telling him tonight!"

A foreign voice spoke at Momo's door, "You're gonna want to tell him soon, girlfriend."

We all turned to see a new girl, she was tall and slender, with a stance that screamed confidence. Her face was beautiful and without flaw, her blue eyes glistened in the room's light. Her hair was in a ponytail, and she wore a skin-tight, grey jumpsuit. Her voice was soft and gentle as she spoke again, "Otherwise whatever boy you're talking about is gonna fall for me. Name's Emica Asami, transfer student."

"Back off, Emica," Kaori said sternly.

"Kaori? What are you doin' here, hun?"

"Trying to make real friends."

Emica walked towards Kaori until they were nose to nose, "Good luck with that, honey because once I control this school like I did the last, you're gonna need to go crawling back to those pipsqueaks you call friends. Do so soon cause I'm gonna take one of them as my next boyfriend."

The friends Emica was referring to were Kaori's friends Arakan and Goro. One of which Kaori had a crush on, but no one really knew which

"I swear if you so much as-"

"Whatever honey, see ya later girlfriends! I'll talk to you'll later!" with that, she bounced out of the room, closing the door behind her.

Kaori turned around and sighed, "That-!"

"What did she ever do to you? What does she mean "take" Deku?"

"That's Emica Asami, she's a rich brat who takes over an entire school by using her quirk of... Attraction. If anyone looks her in the eye, and she has possed the right way, she gains control of them because they just fall in love with her. She can control only a few people at a time, but she gets around that by making herself as attractive as possible, gaining control of males without her quirk in use."

Mina looked me in the eye, "Looks like you got competition, Ochako!"

Anger was in my voice as I spoke, "If it's a fight she wants, It's a fight she'll get!"
