Complete Combat Day

Complete Combat Day. Today was the day where everyone would be pinned against one another in 1v1 matches for the whole day. It was something new All Might came up with that happens once every other week, where the students dawned their hero costumes for combat and gather at the same stadium as the Sports Festival.

I was standing in the bleachers full of my classmates next to Deku and Iida, waiting to see who would be fighting against who first when All Might jumped out of one entryway to enter the arena. "Greetings, young heroes!"

I saw Deku bounce in excitement as he watched All Might from the corner of my eye.

This cinnamon roll is too cute!

"As you all may know, today is the first day of our new Complete Combat Day! Everyone will wear their hero uniforms and fight each other as a form of training. But there has been a last minute change to it! That change is the first two fighters are randomly selected, and then anyone can challenge the winner if they so choose. The winner of that round can be challenged again. OR if no one challenges the winner, a random fighter will be selected!" All Might laughed as he pulled out a card, and spoke again, "the first two combatants are Emica Asami and Sero Hanta!"

I felt my blood boil at Emica's name, but I kept myself under control. I watched as Emica and Sero stepped into the arena, and listened as Sero spoke up, "Listen here new girl, I ain't about to go easy on ya!"

"Easier said than done, babe."

All Might lept out of the arena, telling us all the rules before landing on a platform, "The rules are the first one to fall out of bounds or made immobile will be eliminated. Ready? BEGIN!"

Sero wasted no time sending a barrage of tape towards Emica, but this girl just dodged it by dancing elegantly through the waves of tape. She eventually made it to Sero, and she grabbed his head and made him stare into her eyes before letting go.

"Alright, babe, who do you love most?" She asked.

"Y-you, darling!" Sero replied, dazed.

"Prove it by walking out of bounds."

"Anything for you, my queen," Sero cheered as he hopped out of bounds, giving the victory to Emica.

"Emica Asami wins! Would anyone like to challenge the victor?" All Might called out.

For the rest of the day, guys left and right challenged Emica but lost. All day it happened.

"Emica Asami wins! Would anyone like to challenge the victor for the last fight of the day?" All Might called out.

I lept from my seat and blurted out, "I challenge her!"

"Ah, young Uraraka! Our next fight will be between Emica Asami and Ochako Uraraka!"

I made my way down to the arena where I stood on the opposite side of the arena from Emica.

"Come to get revenge, hun?" She taunted.

"What could you do that'll be worth getting revenge over?" I snapped back.

"Ready? BEGIN!" All Might yelled.

Emica and I dashed at one another, clashing in the middle of the arena, where she grabbed my wrists and forced me to the ground, she whispered into my ear, "Is taking Deku's first kiss or being his first girlfriend something worth getting revenge over? Or maybe taking Deku's-"

Before she could finish, I flipped us around and pinned her to the ground, "You shut your mouth."

"I already did that with Deku this morning," she teased, "unlike how you ever will." 

I let out a yell as I used my quirk on her and hurled her towards the out of bounds section. She stopped herself and flew back at me again, taking batons off of her costume and swinging them at me.

I did my best to dodge but the girl got a few hits on me before she grabbed my hands and forced them together to release herself. She proceeded to beat the living crud out me with her batons until I was at the edge of the arena.

"Just admit it, honey, you lost Deku, and now he doesn't even like you, so shut your trap and go." She swung her baton at me, but I grabbed it midair, keeping my pinky off of it. I then pulled Emica towards me and sidestepped as I watched her stumble out of bounds.

"Ochako Uraraka wins!"

I stared at Emica with a cold look and said in a whisper, "better luck next time, "hun." I walked away hearing her go nuts over her loss just now.

As happy as I was over my victory, I was too tired for this and started to make my way towards the dorm rooms to get some sleep in. But I was thinking about what she had said, did she really become Deku's girlfriend? Did she really take Deku away? Because it seemed like he wasn't under her control whatsoever. Whatever, I'm taking Deku a gift tomorrow and I'll find out then.
