The next morning Kelsey woke up with a headache. Feeling it throb and make the pain worst then it was the last time it pounded against her head. But knowing Ava, she would have to get out of bed to start the bed.

So, she did what she always did in the morning, showered and let her hair dry naturally, she got dressed with the first piece of clothing she saw before she left her cabin, still letting Ava at least sleep for a little bit more.

Today was a boring day for Kelsey, she didn't have any classes while all her friends did. She couldn't do her drumming without waking up someone or disrupting a class that was going on. So walking down by the lake, she sat on a wooden bench, the same bench her and Shane sat on yesterday.

She looked up at the sky feeling her cheeks getting warmer by the sun beaming down on her. Sighing and looking towards the left, then to the right, then left again. She stood up kicking the ground out of boredom. She turned swiftly going towards the cafeteria.

Opening the back door, she saw Connie making some food. "Hey, Connie. " Kelsey said when she walked next to the adult. "Hello, Kelsey! How are you this morning? "

"Definitely tired. I woke up earlier than I usually do. " Connie laughed gently before nodding. "So, why are you making so much food? " Kelsey asked, seeing there was a lot more food than usual. "Oh? You didn't hear? It's taco night! "

Kelsey nodded, before looking around the kitchen. "Do you need any help? Or...? "

"Oh! Yeah, I could use some help! My daughter should be coming in here any-" Just then the back door opened revealing the same browned haired girl from the campfire jam. She walked up to her mom with a big grin, tossing her arm on her shoulder. "Hey, mom! How are you today? "

"Oh, uhm... Good? You? "

"Oh, I'm fanatic, I feel great, I'm doing-"

"Putting the chips into the bowls for the nachos. " The brown haired girl smiled even wider, nervously giggling. "Oh yeah! " Before she turned around, Connie grabbed her shoulder. "Wait, meet Kelsey, she'll be helping out in the kitchen. "

The brown haired girl turned around, and her eyes widen. "Omg! I'm sorry I didn't see you! " Kelsey laughed and waved her off. "It's fine! You l ready know my name. What's yours? "

"Oh, it's Mitchie!" Kelsey and Mitch have shaped hands before Connie went to the back of the kitchen, going to grab the chips. "Today we should have a second helper, so all this help really makes a big difference. Once again, thank you for willing to help out. "

"It's no problem, Connie. " Kelsey aligned once again as once again a door opened, this time another girl coming in seeing Connie. "Hello? I'm Caitlyn, the helper. " Connie faced Caitlyn. "Oh good! We'll need the extra hands, now we have nine hands helping out. "

"Nine? " Caitlyn asked.

"Mhm! With Kelsey here and my daughter. " Caitlyn turned towards Kelsey, a small gracing her lips. "Kelsey? As in Kelsey, the daughter of a fashion daughter and a music producer?!" Kelsey nodded sheepishly. "Yeah."

"Omg! I'm a huge fan of your dad's work! Even though I do DJing, but you know! Oh, and your looks line of fashion is so cool! She has styles for literally anyone! "

Kelsey laughed nervously as Caitlyn fangirled. Connie only chuckled before wiping her hands on her apron. "Well, it's good that you already know about Kelsey, how about two get to know each other during this? I have to go talk to brown about some pig fire thing next week. " Both of the girls waved goodbye to Connie as she left the kitchen.

Mitchie came out of the back room holding a bag of chips, but once she saw Caitlyn, she hid her face behind the bag of chops causing Caitlyn to look over at her. "Hi? Do you need any help? "

Mitchie shook her hands dismiss the help, but Caitlyn kept pestering causing Mitchie to run and slip over a water bucket, tripping and making the chips fall everywhere.

Caitlyn ran over to Mitchie before she laughed. "Wait! You're the cook's daughter! Oh, this is rich. But apparently, you aren't. "

Mitchie had a guilty look on her face as she looked up at Caitlyn. "So, why does it matter to you? "

"You're hiding behind lies! A mask of lies!! How long did you think this was going to last? "

"Longer than this... "

Caitlyn laughed as Mitchie stood up. "You're doing the same thing! Your 'I don't care' attitude! "

Kelsey watched from behind, confused on what's happening and since this problem was only involved in the two younger girls, she stayed out of it. Connie walked in, gasping as she saw her daughter wet. "What happened here? "

Caitlyn lies down, mumbling a few words. "What? " Connie asked, looking at Caitlyn, confusion written on her face. "Nothing."

Caitlyn stormed out and Kelsey rubbed her arm, slowly walking out of the kitchen as Connie instructed Mitchie to go change her wet clothes.

Kelsey walked side by side with Caitlyn, both having a small talk as they went to the taco table, where a group of girls stood. "It's only a matter of time before Shane comes running to me. " The blonde girl said.

Caitlyn looked over at what she was reading. "Cute, funny, nice, smart. You? Don't see that happening. " Kelsey silently laughed earning a glare from the blonde who scoffed. "Who are you? Never seen you around here. "

Kelsey looked at the blonde before giving her a tight smile, already not liking her attitude. "Kelsey." The blonde scoffed.

"I'm Te-"

"Yeah I know, Tess Tyler, the apparently 'Queen bee. ' of camp rock. " Tess smirked, proud that someone knew who she was. "I see you've done your research. "

"Whatever floats your boat girly. " Kelsey said, walking away when Mitchie met up with Tess only a few seconds later.

"I believe tonight the PJ rock thingy. I'll go check it out later I guess. "
