Her eyes fluttered open and the first thing she didn't notice was the graffiti on her ceiling that she became accustomed to waking up to everymorning.
She quickly sat up but soon regretted it when a acheing pain shot through her skull.
"Oh God why?" She groaned collapsing onto the bedsheets and burrying her face into the pillow. But her eyes soon popped open when she realised she was in a random room that she didn't recognize as her own or the guest rooms in her aunts house.
Gasp.
Aunt Nadia! She must be worried about Snowlene's where abouts. Checking for her phone, Snowlene started to panic when not finding it on her or the bed.
She slowly slid out the bed, thankful that her clothes were still on,even her shoes weren't removed. She stumbled out the room, trying to find her way around the unfamiliar halls of the house.
Robbing her throbbing temples, she stopped when her eyes landed on a portrait hanging on the wall. The monster in the middle with large teeth and dark eyes was surrounded by blended colours and large handprints. It vaguely resembled the graffit on her bedroom walls and ceiling. Looking at the portrait, she tried the signature of the artists but she she found none causing her to carry on walking.
The floor to ceiling windows was abling sunlight to seep into the decorated home. The floors were a shiny, dark oak wood colour while the walls were white decorated with portraits and graffiti art.
Walking down the many flights of stares, she enters a large open space. There was a right plush rug with cactus plants seated in the middle of it and a basketball hoop mounted onto the wall.
Suddenly ,barking catches her attention.Snow's eyes widen as she sees two pitbulls, one white and the other a caramel colour, rubbing towards her.
Shrieking Snow climbs onto the long dining room table that was nearby. She was afraid of dogs.
"They ain't gonna bite...if you don't give them a reason to."
Her head snaps to the side to see a shirtless Chris walking out of his all black on white kitchen.
"C-Chris?" She was highly confused as to how she ended up in his house.
He doesn't answer her as he whistled and crouched down causing the two dogs to run towards him.
"Y'all don't bark at guest's aight?"He spoke to his pitbulls and in return they barked loudly while licking his hands."Yeah, yeah stop. Go outside."
King and Red bark a few more times before racing outiside where they wrestled on the grass.
"Th-Thankyou." Snow said out of breath. She usually didn't hop on people's tables.
Chris eyed her for a moment before turning and walking into his kitchen. He got a bottle of water out of his fridge and a pack of Tylenol to help with her headache.
Snow hesitantly walked up to Chris. She had a few questions to ask, one being how the hell did she end up here?
"Here." He grits shoving the bottle and pack in her hand." When you done we gon' talk."
She watched the back of his head as he walked away. What was his problem honestly?
Sucking her teeth, she pops a Tylenol in her mouth and washes it down with a large gulp of the cold water.
Quickly tying her hair into a messy bun with the hair tie on her wrist, she walks into the living room to see Chris sitting on one of his long red couches with his elbows on his knees and his hands laced in front of him. He was peering down at the floor obviously in deep thought.
