"Scared?"
Snow nods as she looks at the window at the crowded front lawn. Students dressed in colourful clothes sat with their cliques, laughing and talking.
"Don't be." Nadia smiles.
"I'll try..." Snow gives her a weak smile back, grabbing her bag." You'll be here at three-thirty exactly?"
"Yes, and if I'm a little late please don't leave the school."
"Will do, bye." Pecking her cheek, Snowlene climbs out her aunts car and slams the door closed. Adjusting her bag on her back, she takes a deep breath as she tries to remember Chris' words from last night.
"I'm nervous." Snow sighed as her and Chris sat in Nadia's backyard. He had decided to pop up after a studio session knowing Snowlene was about to start school tomorrow. Nadia was in her office upstairs discussing business, giving the two privacy.
"Nervous 'bout what?" He asked leaning foward and resting his elbows on his knees.
"About what people might think of me." She says, pulling her legs to her chest and resting her chin on her knees.
"They can't judge you if they don't know you and you got to remember that Snow."
She presses her lips together and nods." I'm so grateful for you."
Chris smiles," You know I care for you and I got your back."
"I know, but you could be out at a party right now or a strip club but you decided to come comfort me."
"I'm offended, why couldn't I be at Wal-Mart?" He fakes being hurt.
"Well would you?" Snow squints her eyes at him.
"Yeah def..." She continues to look at him funny." Then I'll go to a strip club."
"Agh you play too much!" She giggles, mushing his shoulder. He chuckles, grabbing her arm to bring her closer so she could lean her head on his shoulder.
"They can't judge you if they don't know you..." She says to herself before starting her stroll towards the front doors of the school. It was as if once her presence was noticed people were looking at her. It felt like a thousand pairs of eyes on her making Snow grow nervous as she practically started to run through the doors.
They can't judge you if they don't know you
They can't judge you if they don't know you
They can't judge you if they don't know you
They can't judge you if they don't know-
A figure coming around the corner didn't see Snow running causing their bodies to crash into one another, sending Snow's timid body to the fall.
Oh great! Great first impression! Snow thought as she scurried to her feet, ready to apologize.
"Girl are you okay?"
Blinking her eyes, Snow stumbles over her words because she was supposed to apologize. Right? She just ran into someone. She looked at the beautiful girl in front of her with black curly hair and dazzling brown eyes.
"Yes I'm okay....s-sorry for running into you."
"Ouuuu your accent.Soy Erin y tu eres¿" she held out her hand.
A bright smile formed on her face at how genuinely nice Erin was." Snowlene..." She grabbed her hand, shaking it lightly. Just then a boy came around the corner yelling for Erin. Snow let her hand fall to the side as the she gazed at the mesmerizing boy who resembled Erin a lot.
