y/n: Jacob. you know I love you, right?

Jacob: yeah? babe. what's wrong?

y/n: umm. I.. I.. I don't think I can do this.

Jacob: do what? are you breaking up with me.

y/n: that would honestly be so much easier than this.

Jacob: I love you y/n. you can tell me. anything.

y/n: okay. so you know how you've been telling me to stay away from Shawn? *he nods* well, the first day we were here, when everyone was in the bathroom they were actually telling me that I could join magcon if and only if I dated Shawn and Shawn didn't know and we talked and he kissed me and then I ended up kissing him, but only on the cheek. we only kissed on the lips once and that was when he kissed me, and I sort of like him, but I love you. it's just a crush that I've had on him forever. but like it's starting to develop into more than a crush and I'm scared because I think that I'm going to lose you, but I don't want to have to chose between you two because what if I make the wrong choice? what then? because then I'd lose the love of my life or just some guy I've had a crush on forever and I feel awful and stupid and if you want to break up with me, I understand. *theres a minute of silence before Jacob finally speaks.*

Jacob: oh. you still love me, right?

y/n: yeah. of course I do.

Jacob: I still love you, but I just need time right now.

y/n: but Carter's coming.

Jacob: tell him to come tomorrow at 10:00. can you just go back to the hotel?

y/n: I'm not leaving this hospital until you do.

Jacob: babe. please. I just need some time to sort things out.

y/n: I'll just stay in the waiting room or something.

Jacob: y/f/n no. you're going to leave. I don't care what you say. I'll have security take you to the hotel if I have to.

y/n: but.. *he interrupts you.*

Jacob: no buts. you can come back tomorrow at 9:30 with Carter. and we'll discuss everything then and he'll wait in the waiting room until 10:00.

y/n: I don't want to leave you though.

Jacob: you need to. *a tear spills out of his eye.*

y/n: I love you so much and I'm so sorry. can I just have a kiss before I go?

Jacob: cheek.

y/n: *tears threaten to spill out of your eyes.* okay. cheek. *you lean in and kiss his cheek, but Jacob holds you there, not letting you go. you don't fight it.*

Jacob: I love you so much. *he says crying. you start crying too.*

y/n: I love you way more.

Jacob: not possible. *you pull away a little and look at him. he pulls you back in for a kiss.* baby?

y/n: yeah?

Jacob: I changed my mind. I don't want you to leave.

y/n: good because I don't think I was going to be able to anyway. *you smile and kiss him.*

Jacob: you can sleep up here if you want.

y/n: it looks a little crowded, but that's perfect. *you smile, your eyes still full of tears.*

Jacob: goodnight baby.

y/n: goodnight. I love you.

Jacob: I love you too.

~Jacobs POV~

she's so gorgeous. laying there, in my arms. I just wish that we could be like this forever. *he starts to drift off, but right before he falls asleep he hears you say.*

y/n: I chose you babe. I should've known it was you all along. *and after that you fall asleep.*
