I stared at the girl in front of me frowning and not knowing what to do-I mean it's not every day that you meet a person you never met before and immediately claim that she's your sister even though you've spent these last few years knowing your the only child; Plus if I did have a sibling I would rather exclude myself from them because I don't want them to live like this: to live in fear everyday, to wake up not knowing if today's 'gonna be your last, waking up in the morning because of nightmares, suffering from PTSD, feeling like you're drowning and wishing for a hand to pull you up but there's no one to help you-only darkness is there to greet you after you give up and allow yourself to drown in your own pettiness. I would want them to live a happy-monster-drama free life even if it means I would never see them again...it would be worth it in the end.

''Who are you" I asked confusion laced in my voice looking at her like she was the most interesting creature in the world- which she was because UMMM... she's my suppose sister which I never met before. I was about to ask her a question when I saw her looking at me with an utterly heartbreaking look which for some reason Immediately makes my heart break and makes me stop in my tracks

She laughed bitterly "you didn't know me when you called me your sister I presume," she said with a raised eyebrow. I didn't know how to respond, my mouth felt like led-I couldn't utter a single word.

"I- 'Im sorry I muttered low and quite.

She stood there for what seems for hours but in reality, just a few minutes " It-It's fine I understand, just got my hopes up" her voice cracked at the last sentence; she looks like she was going to cry and I suddenly felt a strong urge to pull her into a hug to comfort her, but I restrain myself.

After a minute or two, she seems to compose herself, then she said the strangest thing ever.

" We need you back your highness, "

"What?," I asked with the dumbest look on my face I presume by the way she cracked and started laughing.

" We need you back...Perseus"
