Chapter 9

I stared at her for the longest time and then for some reason my mouth started pulling itself into a sarcastic smile, then for some reason I started full blown out laughing—the kind that makes you double over laughing, the "that's a knee slapper" type. Nova though she reeled back shocked and confuse written all over her face like this was not a normal reaction to this type of prank—-I mean what did she expects!!!???

  "U-um are you okay?" She asked hesitantly. I looked at her and nodded my head still laughing hysterically. She looked at me—- I mean truly look at me and then a flash of hurt immediately showing on her face

"You don't believe me...do you?" She asked quietly: her voice soft and full of emotions. And that was what made me immediately sobered and feeling bad for laughing; but I mean—what was I supposed to do? She was kidding.....right!?

" I-i mean y-yeah" I inquired awkwardly and hesitant. " you were kidding weren't you? I mean you are literally saying that I'm your king and your my sister and my kingdom needs me and all that. Seriously, I'm sorry but what am I supposed to do? I just met you I'm not just going to trust you ( even though my guts is telling me to) not after what happened with those people I believed to be my family!!!" Nova looked at me with a looked that promised me she's barely holding on to her tears and it's about to be broken and believe it or not, that made me feel worse than I've ever felt before; it made me feel an emotion that I thought was gone after my so called ' family' betrayal, and frankly, I don't know if I like it.

"Urghhh" I groaned " dude don't do that, you are making me feel like I'm jerk who just stole a kids lollipop" she looked at me incredulously.
" A-and haven't you ever watch movies before???" I asked with a raise eyebrow, Nova seemed surprised and confused silently asking me to elaborate

" if you did you should know that it's not wise to listen to strangers telling you to come with them—— for all I know you could be a serial killer or" I stopped realizing something " YOU COULD BE A TEACHER IN DISGUISE!!! SERIOUSLY HOW LOW CAN YOU GUYS GO??? LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" I was mad at this point for real leave me alone people.. Geez.

Nova looked at me with look that screams ' are you crazy or what??!!!' then hand covered her mouth with her palm then she started to laugh hysterically doubling over herself. And I don't know why but it made me start to laugh to hesitant at first but more clear as time went by.

After a few minutes we both settled down but before I open my mouth she ingulf me in a hug for of love and happiness.

"My brother Is back" she whispered in awe and this time I believed,  I believed her even though it's seemed crazy and possibly stupid—-but hey it's me Perseus Jackson the best there ever was ( I'm just kidding guys there was only me and I think if there was another me they would be better lol😭😭)

* awkwardly shuffled to the room* " ahem heyyyy guys, what have y'all been up too😬 if u guys are disappointed then I can tell you guys that I'm also disappointed in myself too😭😔 I admit I was being lazy, I knew I had to update but I didn't I'm so disappointed 😔"

But have you guys heard about Sony taking Spider-Man out of the MCU I mean I know I'm late but WHAT!!! Did they not see how much 'Spider-Man Far From Home' made and how much we love mcu Spider-Man!!! I was so mad but I wanted Sony to redeem themselves but they still stood on my their decision I mean WHAT!! ( again but can u blame me I've been betrayed, hurt, and shamed) I understood that Disney is also to blame but why does the mcu and is have to suffer for their childish behaviors!!!!!
