Rem ran into the house and locked the door quickly. Running up to her room, she got out of her costume quick, showered, and threw on some normal clothes.
She ran downstairs back into the main room and yanked back the curtains, keeping on the lookout as to no one else came running after her.
“Where were you?” asked my roommate, Changnam.
“You know, being a superhero and such like any other night.”
“I’m tired of you lame excuses.” You whipped your head around and looked him dead in the eye.
“I was thrown off a building!” He looked a little shook from the sudden outburst you threw at him. "Uh… Sorry?”
“Y’know…. That’s not what an apology sounds like.” He started walking towards the kitchen throwing his hands in the air.
"Bite me.”
