The pet

Just a little after the experience, Megan's heart was stolen, by a cat. Her name was Zyla. A petite black, skin smoother than Pleather and had gleaming, jade-green eyes.

She is almost invisible at night as he hunts in the gloomy bat-light. She flicks her tail whilst she is hunted. Her paws were a hint of white accompanied with her glittering white claw. She purrs when she is comforted. With her triangular green ears , glowing the parking on Zack's role whilst the sleep.

As the bond between Zyla and her new family became stronger. Something pulled her out. She could see them. All over the walls.

A month later
(Zi-la)Zyla started seeing things that are not there. She would run over to the spot back away then spring up to catch someone or something. This Zack thought was the little girl Peter explained to him. She was a very playful and joyous girl.

Later. They noticed something. Zyla didn't want to come near Megan. She would hiss standing in an attack state. She seemed to notice there was something wrong with her. Zyla allowed Zack touch her silky fur.

Soon she started meowing and hissing in random places of the house. She would stare at the wall for hours backing up when see saw it. In Zyla's eyes the walls were infested with them. The would leap to the roof with a blink of one's eye.

So Zack took record of her random meowing and chasing. It started to get worse over a short period. She began to scratch the door meowing at nothing. Every night at three o'clock they would be awoken by the meows. Until Zack did some research.

"Babe,I think I know why the cat is doing this," Zack said a he turned the screen.

The heading entitles Do you pets see things you can't? (www.intersand.com)

He read aloud," Sound it says here W when a cat starts looking this way and that, we tend to think that they're actively searching for something. In some cases, that's true. Maybe they saw a reflection that was only there for a second or a fly that zipped past.

But it's worth noting that, though cats have excellent night vision, their day vision is far worse than ours.
In fact, they only see two colours-shades of blue and yellow-whereas we see three.

And anything from five centimetres to eight metres in front of them will appear blurry. But, instead of a third colour, cats have night vision.
Cats are excellent predators. Their eyesight is very sharp in the centre of their field of vision-which enables them to focus on their targets-but blurry on the edges. So when they're on the hunt, they never rely solely on their vision. They also make use of two other senses that are far sharper than ours: hearing and smell."

"Do you think she is actually seeing spirits Zack?" Asked Megan.

She journeyed to the kitchen to see Zyla on the counter. Washed in fear she stood shaking. She started backing up staring at a fixed hallway leading to the basement. The basement hallway was always dark regardless night or morning. Megan peered at her as Zyla turned to dash off. Jumping Megan's arms burying her head into her floral loose fitted dress.

Zyla shock, the shaking massaged Megan's hand as she handed him to Zack. Once there she hide herself in his oversize t-shirt.

That same night thinking they were rid of all the 'ghost' and 'demons' Zack and Megan was awoken to crashing on the door. Turning the lamp on which barely casted light. Sprinting over to the main switch to turn it off. Zyla laid in the bed next to Megan shaking.

"She is over here hun," Megan pointed downwards.

Zack examined the door ignoring the statement Megan just said. The marks on the door wasn't Zyla's. They were deep claw marks. Going about three inches into the door. Tiny pieces of wood was scattered all over the room.

Some even on the bed next to Zyla. Expecting fowl play he grabbed a bat into his shaky palms. Opened the door telling Megan "Stay in here. Don't move."

His hand dragged on the walls. Feeling for the main switch. As his hands was about to make contact with the switch. Someone's hand was already there. It felt cold to touch. Almost furry?

Thoughts flooded Zack's mind as he bolted back to the room. He slammed the door behind him. Out of breath trying to take hold of himself. About one minute later. Respiratory levels were normal.

He tried to explain it to Megan but she was in shock to. She stared at a fixed point. In the corner of the room."Someone was over there. His. His. His face. It.it.It was gone. No eyes no mouth no noise. I knew he was staring at me. His hands were claw lik...," She broke down having Zack comfort her.

She fell asleep in him warmth. He stayed up on guard to see this mysterious man again.
