Jack Avery [The 'secret']

It was New Year's Eve, the night all my friends have been waiting for.
The night where we can travel to Tate's cabin and where me and my friends sit down around the camp fire and sing campfire songs or just make out with their significant others.

This night is especially special to us because it's the only time of year the nine of us get to hang around with each other for 24 hours straight.

The couples were Corbyn and Christina, Zach and Kay and of course Jonah and Tate.

Then there are the singles.. me, jack and Daniel.

'I mean I understand why you're single dani..'
I exclaimed as I wrapped myself in a blanket

Daniel looked at me confused
'Mhmm and why's that?'

I was going to speak but knowing jack he interrupted me.
'Come on dude, you haven't had the guts to ask another girl out since your last breakup'

'Which was about 7 months ago'
I added.

Daniel got up and walked off saying..
'I can live without a girlfriend guys, don't need your help'

-Night time-

Everybody had fallen asleep except from the couples and of course, me.
All you could here through the bedroom walls were grunts and moans and.. I'm not gonna say the rest.

I got up out of bed and ran into the kitchen.
I knew that I was going to be up for the rest of the night, so I made myself some hot coco.

'Hey, can you make me some?.. please?'

I jumped as I heard jack's voice.

'Carry on scaring people in the dark jack, see if you give them a heart attack'
I whispered with anger.

Jack chuckled.

'Can't sleep can you?'

'Nope, the grunting next door to me has literally driven me out of bed'

As I stirred the milk into the warm drink, jack had a weird smirk on his face.

'What's up with you?'
I asked

'Nothing, nothing, just.. come sit on the couch and watch a movie with me once you're done'
Jack said whilst smiling

Once I had finished making me and jack hot coco, I had sat on the couch with him as we watched a film.
He wrapped us up in a blanket and laid on my thigh.
Was jack comfortable with me!?
I had a slight itch on the leg jack was laying on, I moved my leg slowly and jack raised his head.

'What's wrong y/n?'

'I have an itch in my leg'
As I scratched my leg I noticed that jack was looking down at his tattoo's sighing.

'Jack what's up with you today?, you have non stop smiling at me and you have been laying on me and trying to fall asleep for the past 30 minutes and now you are silent'

As you can tell I was very confused but jack clearly knew what to say next.

'If I had non stop smiling at you and laughing with you and even hanging around with you all day then what do you think that means?'

I knew the answer to that question but I just wanted to be sure that jack wasn't joking around.

You probably already guessed that I have a little thing for jack.
He's cute, funny, he's always there for me and let's be honest he is sooo hot, and I like him for who he is.

But was he trying to say he liked me to?
Who would like a girl sat in an oversized t-shirt, messy bun and no makeup

'Jack do you like me?'
I asked quietly

'Don't take it weirdly but.. I have had a crush on you since the 6th grade and you are funny, adorable, beautiful and sexy, I love the way you move, everything about you.. and it drives me to the point I can't sleep because you're not mine'.

I had tears in my eyes

I lifted jacks face up with my hands and he looked deep into my eyes.

'Jack.. I..'

Jack looked at me confused.
'You what?'

I looked at him and smiled, he knew I liked him too.
I attached his lips with mine.

Jack pulled away for just a second.

'Are you trying to say you like me too'

I couldn't help but smile and I just nodded my head.

'Come here'
Jack said.

He laid me on the couch and started kissing my neck with passion.

As we kissed and made out for the rest of the night I though to myself
Am I already in love with this boy?
