"Ok. I'm ready." I said to my parents as I stepped on to the bus with my friend Jonah. "Have fun!" My mom said to me just before the doors closed. I looked around the bus. There was 5 other kids with us. I heard a ringing bell, and I hurriedly sat down with Jonah in the front row. "Hello Campers!" The chaperone said. "Why don't we go around and introduce ourselves!" She said. "Let's start with you!" She pointed to me. "Um... my name is Ryan and um yeah" I said. "Hello Ryan!" The chaperone said. Everyone went around and said their names. There was Jonah, Kelly, Mia, Hannah, Avery, and Callan. They seemed like really nice people. I was excited to go camping with them.

On the way there, Hannah looked over me and Jonah's seat. "Hi, I'm Hannah." She said. "Nice to meet you!" "Um hi" I replied, not knowing why I kept saying um.

When we finally stopped, the chaperone stood up again. "Welcome to Specky Woods!" She said cheerfully. "ITS SPECKY BECKY WOODS!" Avery shouted. We all started laughing. "Ok Campers!" The chaperone said. "Time to explore!"

We all rushed off of the bus with our bags. Then we chose tents. After what seemed like hours, we finally decided that the boys would sleep in one tent, and the girls would sleep in another. We heard the bell again, and gathered outside. The chaperone was standing there. "What are y'all waiting for?" She exclaimed. "Go exploring  before it gets dark out!" We all ran into the woods after that. Me and Jonah stuck together, while everyone went off alone. We were walking around, when Jonah said "Look Ryan!" I rushed over to him, and found a note on the tree. It said something about a family of five going on a camping trip, and then being murdered, but the youngest sons body was not found. "Creepy!" I said. "Let's keep exploring."

When I got to the pond, I found something next to a tree. I knelt down to pick it up. It was a first aid kit! On the other side of the pond, I found an umbrella. When I knelt down, I heard yelling. Quickly I picked it up, and I ran back to camp. The chaperone was nowhere to be seen.
