Name: Elinor Nielson
Book Series: Torn by David Massey
Appearence: (can't find proper description in book, so I'm going to make this up) Short brown hair, often tied back, with tanned skin and grey-like eyes. Still looks quite young, but is quite tall and very fit (athletic). Slightly muscular.
Personality: Finds it very hard to stay calm, and very often her feelings take over and she does stupid things. She is very friendly and loyal, and even if she has only known you a matter of minutes, if she likes you she will protect you providing you protect her back. She is very forgiving, and has a good sense of humour, but can be very headstrong and always likes to be right. She can see the best in everyone.
Celebrity Look-Alike: No idea :/
Background: Ellie comes from a very normal family, two parents and a thirteen year old brother. However, she joined up in the army at the age of nineteen to go and be a medic in Afghanistan. In her own words, she is 'the love child of House and Lara Croft.' In Afghanistan, a certain thing happens (can't say or I'll ruin the book for those who havn't read it) but in the end there is an accident involving a helicopter where she breaks her leg. (That's pretty much where the book ends, I'm assuming she goes home, rests, then maybe goes back to fight? Not sure)
Weapons: Guns, usually an SA80 assault rifle, but these are not allowed in the arena, so there isn't really a weapon she is trained well in apart from guns. However, she is a trained medic, a fast and endurant runner, and apparently can play football really well.
District Token: A bullet shell from her rifle, strung on a chain for a necklace.
