Ok so first of all to avoid any confusion, Ayesha is Zoya. In chapter 2, she hides her identity and tells Sahir that her name is Ayesha. Also, Sahir does the same and introduced himself as Asif. So, Zoya and Sahir know each other as Ayesha and Asif. Dont get confused and dont consider them new characters.

Sahir had no idea what to do. His hand was all blood stained while he was holding an unconscious Zoya. Zoya was profusely bleeding and needed urgent medical attention. However, there was no scope for the same in the location they were in. Sahir didn't have his phone as well. All he knew was that he had to save her. He carried her in his arms and started walking in the opposite direction in search of some human or shelter.
By God's grace, he didn't have to walk much as he saw an old lady walking past the road. She was walking really fast. Sahir called her out. Hearing someone call her, she took a quick glance at Sahir and increased her pace. Perhaps, she was well aware of the location and was scared of some mishappening. Sahir was now almost running and tried following the lady.
"Mai kuch nahi karunga. Yaha par ek ladki hai mere saath. Aap akeli insaan mili hai yaha par. Agar iss ladki ka ilaaj nahi hua toh yeh marr jaayegi." Sahir shouted from behind. These words somehow made the woman take a hault. She looked at him and carefully at the girl he was carrying. Sahir approached her and was now panting because of all the running he did.
"Aao.. jaldi mere saath aao." she gestured him to follow her. She took them to a small cottage which was located in deep woods. The old woman had some mysterious aura around her.Sahir was surprised. This scene for him was no less than that of a movie. Afterall, who expects someone to live in such a place . It was weird how this woman came to their rescue in a deserted place. All  these thoughts clouded Sahir's mind. Then he recalled something that the girl he was carrying had said to him in the hospital, "shayad yeh Allah ki marzi thi."
Though Sahir was an atheist or lets say he had become one, these words did impact him.
He looked at Zoya who was still unconscious. He looked at her innocent face. There was a wound on her head that was bleeding. It didnt seem of some accident. The cuts and wounds on her body seemed as if it was done on purpose to her.Sahir had no idea why but he felt anger rising in him. He felt like tearing the flesh of the one who did this to her. He felt like punishing them all who had even thought of hurting this woman. He was brought out of his thoughts by the voice of the lady who asked him to place Zoya on the mat on floor. She hurried inside and brought some medicines and cloth bandages for her first aid. Sahir quietly stood in the corner letting the lady do whatever she was doing. After she was done, she looked at Sahir and asked,
"Yeh kaise hua?"
"Mujhe nahi pata. Mujhe yeh behosh mili thi yahi jungle mein."
"Tum isse jaante ho?" The woman asked.
Sahir had no reply to her question. How was he supposed to explain that he had met her the very same night and knew nothing about her apart from her name and that she was the only kind person he had ever met in his life. He slightly nodded in disapproval. The woman turned to leave when Sahir called her out. "Aap mujhe dekh kar aise bhaag kyu rahi thi?"
"Yeh jagah surakshit nahi hai, yaha par aur koi nahi rehta aur meri majboori hai yaha rehna. Mai raat ko bahar nahi nikalti lekin shayad aaj tum logo ki madad karna meri kismat mein tha.. tabhi aaj mujhe bahar jaana pada."
"Toh fir aap ruk kyu gayi?"
"Meri bhi ek beti thi, jab tumne iss ladki ka zikr kiya toh mujhe uski yaad aa gayi." The lady smiled at Sahir for the very first time since they had met. However, Sahir could feel there was something very mysterious about this woman.
"Ab tum bhi aaram karo. Chinta mat karo. Isse jaldi hosh aa jaayega." With this she placed her mat at the other corner and went to sleep. Sahir sat beside Zoya taking the support of the wall and looked at her. "Who would have done this to her? She was all fine sleeping when he left her in the ICU room. What happened after that?" Sahir wondered. He was still awake  thinking about Zoya when she moved her hand and placed it on the floor.Sahir was quick to notice it and held her hand to place it back on the mat. As soon as he touched her hands,he realised that she was burning. Her body temperature was quite high. She was still unconcious. Sahir looked at the old woman who was asleep. He did'nt want to disturb her again. He quickly got up and found a clay bowl and an old piece of cloth. He filled it with water placed in the pot near by. He soaked the cloth and put it on her head. After a while when he was sure that her body temperature has decreased, he shifted back to his position taking the support of the wall.   Unknowingly, he fell asleep in the very same position.
He woke up as the faint sunlight of the dawn flashed on his face. He looked towards the old woman's side only to find her missing. He then looked at Zoya and what he saw next left him completely surprised and mesmerized. There was Zoya who was sitting with her legs folded and hands joined. Her eyes were closed and she was reading Namaz. Sahir couldn't believe. The very same woman who was badly hurt last night, the one who was suffering from high fever all night, had faith and courage to pray. Sahir quietly got up and unaware of everything, he took the same position beside Zoya, joined his hands and closed his eyes. Sahir Azeem Chaudhary prayed, he prayed after 2 long years. He prayed but this time not for himself, not for his family, not for  his Aarzoo. He prayed for the woman beside him. He genuinely prayed, prayed for her and tears rolled down his eyes. Indeed it was blissful to return to Allah!
