In Yukon there is a bar that serves a Sourtoe Cocktails. And yes...it's exactly what it sounds like.
In 1973 a man had his frostbitten toe amputated and stored it in a jar of alcohol in his cabin.
Fast-forward 50 years, a local man discovered the jar while cleaning said cabin. The man took it to the local bar and started dunking the rotten toe into the drinks of those brave enough to try it.
According to the Bar's website, the toe only lasted for seven more years until a man, trying for the Sourtoe record, accidentally swallowed it.
Numerous toes have been donated since then.
