Peter smiled when he saw his hero friend, she smiled back at him and pulled him into a hug.
"Pete," she said when they pulled back, he smiled and looked down at her. Even tho Peter is only sixteen yet he's taller than Emilia and she hated him for being taller than her.
"Come on, they're waiting for you." He said and wrapped his arm around her shoulder, Emilia groaned.
"Pete, you know that I don't like them." She frowned and Peter laughed. Emilia explained to Peter a million times how much she dislikes them and that they're all freaks and Peter would laugh at her and tell her that she came from The Original Tv show and she would swear at them too.
"Is thor there At least?" She asked and peter nodded, she cursed under her breathe for not dressing up better.
They entered a room and everyone stood up and smiled at Emilia, she eyed everyone with a blank face and then smiled when she saw Thor.
"Looks like Thor is her favorite," Sam mumbled, they all said hi and Emilia just nodded. Thor smirked at his friends and mentioned to Emilia to sit beside him, which she did.
"So, Emilia-"
"You guys want me to join the Avengers," Emilia stated, Tony nodded at her.
"The avengers can suck my ass," she said and leaned back before crossing her arms over her chest, Steve looked at her and raised his eyebrow. Not liking how she talks to them.
"Excuse me?" He said and Emilia nodded while faking a smile.
"Except for Thor, he's my favorite." She said and winked at Thor, Emilia was such a flirt.
She admits that Steve Rogers is hot as well, she groaned when she realized she's into elders.
"Why don't you like the avengers?" Tony asked and Emilia shrugged.
"Just because I'm strong and got powers doesn't mean I'm dying to join the avengers," she said, looking at them. Not giving them the real reason.
"I mean if I'm not special I wouldn't be here right now." She said and Tony nodded.
"That's why we need someone like you-"
"Don't you have that ginger head girl? What was her name? What about hulk? Thor? You?Spiderman? I forgot the rest," she said before standing up, walking towards the door, and putting her hand on the doorknob.
"Are we done here? I was watching friends it was the scene of Ross missing up Emily's name," she said, steve and thor raised their eyebrows. What are friends? they thought
"Please Emilia, we're des-"
"Aliens aren't attacking! We're safe! Why are you that desperate?" She asked, glaring at them while breathing heavily getting mad and annoyed.
"Uh oh, is she gonna turn now?" Sam whispered to Rhodey getting closer to him.
"Emilia are you okay?" Steve asked and walked towards her, he stood in front of her putting his hand on her shoulder, they both gasped when they felt the spark between them but no one noticed. Emilie calmed down and looked at steve.
"H-how did you calm me down?" She asked Steve, he looked at her and shrugged.
"I think he's her anchor," Bruce said and their heads snapped towards him. Bruce blushed and left the room not saying any word. Bruce knew what was happening but he can't just throw at them, Not now.
"Emilia so, will you join-" tony was cut off by being thrown outside of the room. The rest slowly backed away, they knew Emilia isn't a threat that's why they didn't attack, yet.
"A warning at least!" He yelled and Emilia smiled, Tony entered the room and glared at Emilia. She had enough, she looked at them and threw her hands up in the air.
"Listen you freaks! I don't want to be in your freak show-"
"You're a freak tho!" Sam said and Emilia nodded, she sighed and sat down looking at them. That's when she realized she's a freak too, She had no one. Only Peter, She stared at them and nodded slowly. Maybe joining them won't make her feel lonely and less of a freak.
"I'll make you a suit," Tony said and Emilia looked at him.
"You can live in the Starks tower, Here with us, " Steve said and Emilia looked at him before standing up. she smiled feeling welcomed. Maybe they aren't that bad.
"Deal, and deal." She said standing up.
"And if you break the deal, I won't hesitate to snap your neck." She said and pointed at everyone.
"Ple-OW!" Sam said when he was thrown outside of the room, the glass shattered and Emilia smirked.
"Steve, you can pick me up from my apartment, Pete will give you my address. Peter dear, stop skipping school!"
"You skip school?"Tony snapped, Peter saluted and followed Emilia.
