I must have fell asleep, because when I woke up I was at the hospital getting X-rays on my knee. The volleyball game, well Tara and Kendall never came back, so we don't know what happened. Did we call it a tie? Did someone win for forfeit? I'm not sure. That's not my main priority right now.

Lydia, Coach Tanya, and Coach Linda were waiting in the waiting room. My mom was in the X-ray room with me.

We waited about a half hour for the X-ray to come back. Within that time, Lydia's mom got there, and her and Lydia came in to see me.

"OMG Savannah, it's all my fault! I didn't stop you from climbing the ladder. I feel so guilty." Lydia said.

"No no no it was my own fault." I added. "I thought she changed, but clearly, she didn't."

"Oh my gosh honey are you okay?" Lydia's mom asked.

"Yeah, I'm hanging in there. I really don't feel anything, from the pain killer, so I'm enjoying the painless moment while I can" I replied.

The doctor came in, so Lydia and her mom went back to the waiting room.

"Hi Savannah. How are you doing?" He said as he sat down.

"Okay I guess." I replied.

"Well, we took the X-rays, and saw that no bones are damaged, but saw that you partially tore your ACL, and meniscus." He said as he showed my mom and I all the X-rays.

I was crushed. ACL and meniscus take forever to heal! It takes about a year, depending on how big of a tare. No volleyball for a loonnngggg time. What am I going to do to manage my time? Ugh. By the time I got out of the hospital, it was 4:00pm. The doctor gave me a pair of crutches and a big, giant white thingy for my knee. I have to strap it on my leg. It is really big and bulky. It's annoying. I have to go back to the doctor I saw in 6 weeks to just check up on my progress. Then he will estimate how long I need the brace.

We had a long ride home. I was still in my volleyball uniform. I apologized to my mom, saying that I was really sorry about everything. She told me that it wasn't my fault, but I still feel guilty.

When we got home, I wasn't in a great mood. Torn ACL and meniscus. I went upstairs, charged my phone and texted Lydia.

This was out conversation.

Hey, just got home.

Omg hi! how are you feeling?

Eh, I've been better.

We all have. Haha :)

Yeah. Well I'm gonna Go. Super tired. Ttyl!

Bye!! Feel better soon!!

I don't remember much after that. I guess I fell asleep right after that.
