Tara Mitchell. There she was. Black hair. Brown eyes. She just looks evil. Even if u don't know her, you can tell she is evil by the way she looks at you.
I was frozen there. Lydia was behind me, and she was frozen too.
We snapped out of it when Coach Tanya waved us over to her.
"Hey girls, I'm sure you met Tara and Kendal before right?"
"Uh yeaahhh, hellooo again." I said
Tara just looked at me with that evil face.
"Well, we better go, uh, stretch right Sav?" Lydia said aloud.
"Right! Right! Stretching is always, good. I guess. Lets go." I said as we ran to the nearby tree.
"She got bigger!!" Lydia said as we sat under the tree.
"I know. She scares me. Kendal is the nicest person you'll ever meet. How does Kendal deal with her everyday? I said
"I don't know. I'm gonna go grab my phone. Want yours?" Lydia asked me.
"Yeah, I'll come. I don't want to sit here alone." I replied.
We went on to grab our phones. We took a couple selfies on Lydia's iPhone4S, and decided to head back to the tree. By now it was 8:30am, and we really needed to start stretching and talking with Coach Tanya. At 8:33am, we went to Coach Tanya and sat down and stretched.
Coach Tanya's phone rang, and she told u to go outside. So we did. But Tanya was out there too. So I decided to be a good sport, and wish her good luck today.
"Hey, uh, Tara. Good luck today." I said nicely.
"Thanks! You too!" She said back really nicely, somehow.
Her and Kendal were trying to get their volleyball down from the tree, since someone hit it up there, so I decided to be nice and ask her if she needed help.
"Want some help?" I asked.
"Um, yeah. We could use your help. Do you wanna go up on the ladder to get it? Nothing is working." She asked.
"Uh, sure. Just make sure you hold the ladder. I never trust these." I replied.
Lydia and I went over to get the ladder.
"Are you sure you're gonna trust her?" Lydia asked me
"Hey, she probably changed. She is a lot nicer now." I replied.
"Okay, if you say so." Lydia said as we grabbed the ladder.
We brought the ladder back and opened it.
"I'll hold the ladder. So you won't fall." Tara said.
I went up. I didn't want to go to the very top, but I had to. The ball was way up there.
"Be careful!" Lydia yelled.
I grabbed the volleyball, and then felt the ladder move. Tara pulled the ladder out from underneath me! I fell from the top of the ladder onto the ground. I almost landed feet first but, completely fell over onto my knee. I was in so much pain! I couldn't move my knee, and could barely move my whole leg. Tara and Kendal went running.
"OH MY GOD SAVANNAH!!!! Are u ok?????!!!?!?" Lydia said as soon as I hit the ground.
"Owwwwww!!!! Ahhh!!! Lydia!!! Get my mom!!! Get Coach Tanya!!! QUICK!!!" I screamed.
She ran inside. Within seconds, my mom and Coach Tanya came out running.
"Oh my god Savannah are you okay Hun? What happened?!?" My mom said with a ton of concern as she bent down next to me.
"My knee. Tara pushed me off the ladder." I said while bawling my eyes out. I couldn't stand the pain.
"Lydia go inside and get her some ice! Quick!" Coach Tanya said as Lydia ran inside.
Lydia shortly came back with a bag of ice and I put it on my knee. It didn't help at all. Coach Tanya said they were gonna bring my to the emergency room. I was scared. Will my knee be okay? Is my volleyball life over?
