"ouch." hyerin hissed as she fell on the ground with all her books scattered across the floor.
"oh fuck, let me help you." a familiar hand caught agrasp of hers and pulled her up
"thanks- oh? h-hi." she lifted her head up and gasped silently at who it was.
lee taeyong.
the guy she had been writing letters to.
"wow he looks great upclose." she thought to herself.
"kim hyerin, hii." he waved back to her and helped her pick up her books.
"wait, you know me?"
he chuckled
"of course, i was the one who complimented your voice under that tree, wasn't it?"
"yeah, right." she awkwardly grinned
"and jaehyun has been talking about you."
"oh? what did he say about me?"
"that you're really nice and all those and.." he took a deep breath in
kim hyerin was afraid,
afraid that jaehyun betrayed her.
"that you like me."
"fuck." that was the first thing that came to her mind
she wasn't ready to confess yet, and jaehyun exposed her like that
"i-i mean, u-uh, yeah." she stuttered while trying to explain herself
she spun around, and said,
"well, i'll see you around, bye!"
she was ready to go and whoop jaehyun's ass when she stopped
actually something stopped her.
lee taeyong ran up to her and backhugged her
"wait, you haven't heard my reply yet." he whispered into her ear
she turned red and started smiling
"i like you too." with that, he spun her around and their lips connected
people around started cheering and his friends came over and celebrated
taeyong hugged hyerin and both of them smiled in hapiness
jaehyun was the happiest one
i mean, without him, these two dense ones wouldn't know that they like each other and get together.
kim hyerin was happy
actually, overjoyed
that she was accepted.
