It was a normal Sunday afternoon and the boys were lazing around their flat, nothing unusual was happening. Brian was in the kitchen counter when the telephone suddenly bursted out, earning a flinch from Brian who was preparing his salad. He let out a sigh as he went to the living room where the telephone was, then grabbed the phone and put it on his ear.
"Brian speaking."
"...Bri."
"Rog? What's up?"
"Still loving youuuuu--"
"Wha--Are you high, Rog?"
"I am high for you, Bri."
Brian laughed at the statement. "Gay."
Roger scoffed, on the other hand. "I know, we're gay for each other..."
"What--"
"I think I'm drunk." Roger mumbled.
"Drunk?!"
"I'm DRUNK IN LOOOOOOVE!"
Brian sighed, knowing Roger won't stop his nonsense. "Yes, you're drunk. Now, where are you exactly?"
That question makes everyone silent, including Freddie and John who, now, was listening to the phone conversation. "Rog?"
"What's wrong with me?" Roger faked sniffing, playing around Brian. He was smirking at his place.
"Nothing's wrong with you..."
That earned a chuckle from Roger, and Brian's face is now confused.
"Of course, because I'm loved."
'What is wrong with this guy?', Brian thought. Freddie and John on the other hand, was sitting on the couch, making themselves comfortable as they indulged themselves into their own conversation. Brian decided to play along Roger's game.
"Love? Who's love?"
"Me. You, love, me." Roger smirked. That made Brian silent on the other line.
"Wha--You sound so gay when you're drunk, Rog."
"Yes, and so is you.."
Brian then laughed, causing the other boys to look at him.
"Well, you're not wrong about that one though..."
Roger in his place, smirked. "See? You love me, Bri."
"Yeah, I do." Brian said and that earned him a squeal from Roger. Brian meant it though.
Shaking his head and sighed, Brian spoke up again, continuing to play the game. "You need to see a doctor."
"You are a doctor."
Brian glared at Roger through the telephone even though he knew that Rog can't see it. "I'm a cosmologist..."
"No, astrophysicist actually..."
Brian chuckled again. "It's the same thing." Then Roger was silent for a while, embarrassed that he did not think of that at all.
"W-well, I prefer A than C." Brian chuckled, shaking his head. Then, suddenly, Brian got hungry. He distanced his face from the phone, asking Freddie for the snacks.
"I clearly don't have them on me, darling." Roger heard Fred's voice through the phone, which made him somehow upset.
"Well, aren't there any snacks left IN the FRIDGE?" Brian emphasised his words seriously but Freddie can't be bothered by this. The vocalist gave him a shrug and then went onto talking with John again. Brian sighed, putting the phone back onto his ear, then earning a scoff from Roger.
