another day at school started as soon as jiwoo woke up due to her ringtone. the teenager groaned as she planned to attack whoever called her because they just ruined her beauty sleep.

"hello??" her voice was raspy.

"HELLO I'M SORRY I CAN'T HANG OUT WITH YOU TODAY WUAHHH!!" her ears started bleeding through mark's loud voice.

"now I can see why you get bullied by haechan." she could feel mark pouting on the other line.

"why are you so mean to me??" he suddenly gasped, "has it been a month already?"

she sighed, "I'm not on my period you dumbass."

"ohhhhhh okay I got to go to school early byee!!!" mark ended the call. he chuckled to himself and thought, 'I can't believe that's my best friend who's shy around other people.'

now jiwoo's morning was ruined. she wasn't a morning person like her family is. she started her daily morning routine and checked the mystic messenger app for any chatrooms she hasn't checked. she'd rather check that first than check her contacts.

her phone was blowing up with notifications from two group chats filled with children. just kidding, of course it was from the two group filled with one braincell, stray kids and nct.

it's oddly confusing on why jiwoo was so shy torwards them during school but when she starts chatting them, she's a complete different person. maybe it's because she prefers texting over talking.

the teenager walked to her shared kitchen after doing her morning routine and noticed a sticky note on the fridge.

i'm heading out to School early. make sure To lock the doors! oh yeAh feed the cats and plaY with them before going to school! bring A friend if you Want to because i might come home rEallY late! yeet!

jiwoo's morning was less moody because of the message areum sent her. even though jiwoo was still awkward around her, well except that one time they realized they stan the same group, it makes her heart warm that someone is trying hard to be friends to her.

most people could tell that areum is a positive girl just by looking at her attitude torwards people. the confusing thing was that jiwoo rarely sees her at school. even though it was her first day, she thought she could see her maybe around the hallway or at the cafeteria but the girl was nowhere to be seen.

jiwoo decided to just eat a hotdog on the way there. well... in her dictionary, sausage plus bread equals hotdog even if she doesn't use any ketchup.

she locked her shared dorm room and began walking to the school. it wasn't late but it wasn't early either. there were students laughing and dissing eachother, some even smacked eachother, which was unquestionably normal.

she started humming some of her favorite songs by day6 as soon while she was eating her hotdog. hotdogs MIGHT seem too western for this country but she didn't care anyways.

"is she singing a song from that group you like, seungmin?" a voice startled her and made her drop her hotdog.

"noo..." the girl cried.

"so dramatic..." she heard seungmin mumble. she wasn't in the mood to have an argument with him.

"how are you, jiwoo?" the hyper jisung came by her side, clinging onto her arm.

"i'm fine." she smiled at him.

chan noticed her feeling a bit nervous, "jisung let go of her. you're making her uncomfortable since we only met yesterday."

jisung immediately stepped back and apologized.

"come on let's go inside the school. we still have a few minutes before school starts." chan and woojin lead the way while jiwoo was at the back with jisung and felix.

"so jiwoo..." felix started.

jiwoo looked up at him, "hm?"

"who do you think is the cutest between us?"

"it's obviously me." jisung said confidently.

"I have a baby face, you have a squirrel face." felix stated.

"yAH! I'm offended!" jisung crossed his arms.

jiwoo decided to speak before they start arguing like cats, "I mean... we've met for less than a week heck only for almost two days and I don't know you guys specifically but I have to say jeongin is the cutest."

"WHAT? YOU HAVEN'T EVEN MET HIM BEFORE!" jisung pouted.

"even if I only met him by chatting with him, he's still my baby." jiwoo joked.

"cringe." felix said.

"like your memes? yeah I guess so." jiwoo fired back.

"OHHHHHH!!" the members infront of them heard their conversation and began dissing felix for the comeback jiwoo made.

"we need more people like you." seungmin patted her back.

"and he's a different person now." changbin snorted.

seungmin glared at him and started to naruto run at him.

minho sighed at the scene infront of him , "run." he said to changbin while his tone was emotionless.

"EEEEEE!!!!" changbin screamed for his life.

everybody started laughing while chan and woojin facepalmed at the immature children in front of their eyes.

"ah that reminds me," jiwoo bursted, "I have to go see someone, sorry!!" she gave them an apologetic look and ran torwards a group of guys.

"MARK!!!!" the girl shouted, gaining the group's attention.

she realized everyone was looking at her and she hid her face with her sleeves.

she ran torwards the scared male and began attacking him.

"YAH YAH!! WHAT WAS THAT FOR?" he rubbed his arm.

"you know I don't like being woken up by your loud voice!" she whispered-shouted (is that even a thing?) at him.

while they were arguing, somebody coughed and the two kids stopped talking.

"aren't you going to introduce this lovely lady to us?" a tall guy said.

"oh yeah I forgot, thanks for reminding me lucas." he pulled me infront of him.

"guys this is jiwoo, jiwoo meet the guys!" they all brought out their hands for her to shake and she did.

"it's finally nice to meet you." jaehyun smiled at her.

seeing all of mark's friends, jiwoo couldn't help but feel her face getting red. I mean who wouldn't be?

"u-uhmm h-hi... I got to go now so i'llseeyouguyslaterbutmaybenottoosoonhahahahyeahi'msorryi'mjustblabbingoutrandomwordshahahah bye!!" she dashed away to her class with felix and seungmin.

"she seems like a nice person." jaemin watched as the girl stumbled on her way to her class.

"not when she's mad." mark stated causing everyone to laugh.

what they didn't know was that someone watched them from far away, "I told you to stay away from the guys, that doesn't mean you have to go bitching around another group of guys like a whore you are." they gritted their teeth.
