Chapter 8: Wednesday

Kate's POV

     I wake up to find my dad laying next to me. I scream and start crying.

Ryan's POV

     I'm making breakfast when all of a sudden I hear a scream. Oh god. Thank god breakfast is ready. I quickly head upstairs to my room wear Kate is. I know that wasn't Ella screaming. Once I get in the room I see Kaye hugging her knees and crying. I go wrap my arms around her and sit her on my lap. "Shhh. It's ok. Calm down. Calm down." I say stroking her hair. "Ryan. My. My dad. He. He." She says still clearly in panic attack mode. "He's not here. It's ok. Your ok. Calm down." I say. I keep doing that and eventually she calms down. Ella then comes into my room. "Why don't we go get some pancakes. You girls can get dressed after breakfast." I say and we go down and eat.

Kate's POV

     After we eat I get dressed into:

     About an hour later after Ella gets dressed we head to the recording studio. Ryan says it should only take an hour and then we should be able to go home. "Kate do you wanna go to the park with Ella?" Ryan asks me. "Sure. What about paparazzi though?" I say. "What do you think body guards are for?" Ryan says and kinda chuckles. "Oh. Duh." I say. "Ella. You know what to do." He says and hugs her. She nods and then Ryan hugs me and kisses my cheek. I blush and Ella and I head out.
     We get the park and Ella plays around and does some gymnastics for a little while until she comes back over. "You having fun?" I ask her and she nods. "Lei e mio fratello si frequentano davvero?" She says. "Um." I say a little confused. Ok a lot confused. "Sorry... Are you and my brother actually dating?" She says. "Yeah. Why would you think not?" I ask. "Because I've seen this happen before. I'm not saying your the same but." She starts to ramble. "No no. It's ok. Explain?" I say hoping to make conversation. "Well, I'm smarter and more observant than I look. So when my brother got a girlfriend out of the blue a few years ago I kinda got suspicious. I would look her up, listen to her conversations, and be a little spy. Well one day my suspicions grew immensely. There was one this she said while she was on the phone one day. She didn't know I was listening and she said this, there's one problem. His little sister. He cares about her more than me. If I could figure out how to get rid of her than the fortune would be mine. That's when I knew I was in trouble and so was Ryan. I couldn't tell Ryan myself because he's never believe me so I had to get real proof. Well before I could Ryan walked in on her kissing or making out with some other dude and well that was it. He was heart broken. I just don't want him to get hurt like that again. I can tell he really loves you." She says. I blush at that last part. "I promise I have no intentions of stealing your fortune. Or hurting you. I think your adorable and I don't care about the money." I say and Ella hugs me. "Um. Mrs. Ella your brother just called. He said he's done." One of the body guards say to us. Ella nods and we get up.
Once we're back home Ella heads back to her room and Ryan and I sit on the couch and watch more Once Upon A Time. Ella eventually comes and sits with us. We watch a bunch of Disney movies and of course I'm biting my tongue so I don't start screaming every word to every song.
Ryan then makes us dinner. We eat get around for bed and then eventually go to bed.
