7: Bad Timing

After all the happened, they realized it was getting late, they decided to take Taehyung back to the hospital before they get scold. On the way back, a light shade of red appeared on Taehyung's cheeks, he felt embarrassed by recalling the vivid memories of him and Jungkook earlier, and now, the younger's hand is still intertwining with his. 

It didn't take long when they arrived at the hospital, they bid Taehyung goodbye, and Jungkook walks Taehyung back to his room.

"So Tae...how are you feeling?" Jungkook asked, seeing how the elder cried earlier, it made his heart shattered.

"Better I guess? But thanks for asking." Taehyung smiled.

"Wait Tae! I need to talk to you for a sec!" Both of them turned their back, seeing Jimin running towards them.

"Yea sure, what's wrong Chim?" Taehyung asked, Looking down at Jimin who was panting hard from exhaustion of running.

"Earlier, at the beach...Kookie did something you wouldn't expected." Jimin smirks while recovering his breath.

"Oh god, Jimin..." Jungkook rolled his eyes.

"Honestly we never seen this side of Jungkook, it felt like he was about to declare a war if that dickhead tries to fight back." Jimin said, as if he was a being a narrator.

"Jimin, it's getting late, we should-" Jimin ignores the younger and continued.

"I can the determination in his eyes, it was powerful, he gritted his teeth, tighten his grip on that guy's shirt, saying 'Listen you dipshit, leave Taehyung alone and fuck off," this is all I remember what he said." Jimin sticks his tongue out childishly.

"Wow...that's...impressive." Taehyung blushed, he never expected how their friends would defend for him, especially Jungkook, "Thanks again, Kookie..."

"Y-You're welcome...come on Tae, you need to rest." Jungkook ushered Taehyung to his room.

"And good night Tae, I'll see you tomorrow okay?" Jungkook said before he leaves.

Taehyung nodded. "Oh wait Kookie!" Even though the elder's sight is blurry, he still manages to approach to the younger, and gave him a peck on his cheek, "I had a lot fun today, and good night to you too."

Jungkook widened his eyes, a slight shade of red slowly appears on his cheeks, "N-No problem...b-bye." Jungkook stutters, and rushed out of the room.

Taehyung giggled from the younger's behaviour, by touching his surroundings, he slowly got on his bed, and tucked himself to sleep.

However, his mind was still recalling from the scene between him and Jungkook, and how Jimin told him how the younger actually defended for him, whenever he talks to the younger, or being around him, it gives him a sense of comfort, he realizes he is slowly falling in love with him...

I wonder...

If Jungkook loves me...?

The next day, afternoon

When Jungkook having lunch with Jimin, Lisa approaches them and slam the table furiously.

"Hey Kook, I wonder where were you yesterday night?" Lisa faked a smile.
