The class goes pretty quickly and I have all the information I need for the class. After, Lauren and I talk a little.

"So what grade are you then?" Lauren asks me.

"I'm a sophomore, this year, but I kind of act like a freshman at times." I say with a laugh.

"Oh, cool! Same!"

"That's nice, to have someone to talk to in my grade, you know."

"Yeah totally. So tell me, how to you manage to get in a 'fight' with the biggest dick here, your first day?" She says.

"I ran into him on my way to my locker." I explain with a shrug.

"Okay..." She seems unsure.

"So why is he so bad anyway?" I ask, partially scared of the answer.

"Well, to summarize it, he goes to college parties, sleeps with different girls each weekend, and misses class all the time. I could go on but I need to get to class." She tells me

"Yikes, that's rude. See you later, I'm gonna head to class too." I inform her and turn the opposite direction to walk away.

"And hey Juliette?"

I turn again, "Yeah?"

"Be careful of him, he could ruin you. Just a warning." She smiles sympathetically. Does she actually think I've started something with him? The idea makes me laugh, but I nod and turn once more.
When I reach the end of the hall I turn back to see Lauren's beautiful hair swaying as she walks away. She's still gorgeous. I huff and head to my next class.

"Alright everyone, let's cut to the chase. Look I'm funny! I'm Mr. Chase, your PE teacher. I don't really have much to tell you here so, you can talk amongst yourselves for now." The teacher says. Nothing to do? I'll have to find another friend.
For the first time I scan the room and see the same dark, almost black eyes, staring at me. As soon as I look at him we make eye contact and I quickly look away. Of course he's in my class, I roll my eyes. I continue looking around, silently praying he doesn't come over here. No one looks approachable, so I pull out my book and begin to read.
Before I even get a sentence in, long arms reach over me to grab the book from my hands.

"Hey! Stop! Give that back!" I shout at the thief. Who- it's not even a question, it's so obvious who it was. I turn and look up to see the same infuriating boy again. His hair is black and slightly wavy. It looks very silky and I just want to reach up and touch it- what am I saying?

"Look who it is." He says with an evil grin. I scowl at him and stand to try to grab my book, which only leads him to lift it higher. He is almost a foot taller than me, so I have no shot here. I stand up on my toes, jumping and grabbing at the book.

"You're reading? In PE class?" He questions me.

"Yeah I am, do you have an issue with that?" I answer him. He just shakes his head, not lowering the book.

"Let's make a deal!" He says, way too excitedly.

"I-I don't know..." I stutter.

"We're doing it! I'll give you your dumbass book back, if you kiss me." He says smugly. I gasp and glance around. We've caught a few people's eyes, but I ignore it.

"I'm not kissing you, dick."

"Ooh, she has a sharp tongue and feisty attitude." He howls. His head rolls back in laughter, which makes him look somewhat attractive. But he's not your type, I remind myself. Not that I have a type.

"Give me the damn book or I'll get it myself." I threaten.
He smiles his evil grin, but lowers the book to where I can reach. I grab my book and begin reading again. It gets rid of some stress and the bell soon rings. I get up and give Nick a sarcastic smile as I leave. He's so annoying.
