In Spanish, this is used at the beginning of all exclamatory sentences & clauses .

Same as the upside-down exclamation point, it is used at the beginning of a question.
Example: ¿Quieres ir a la tienda? (Do you want to go to the store?)

Its a hook or tail added under a letter
4. ( ß ) German Sharp/Double 5 : Shift + Alt + S
