Blending Hearts

chapter 4- New home.

Alicia's P. O. V
   
     I have been running in my wolf form for the past two days now.
  We are still on our way going to blue flame's pack.

I didn't know getting there will take this long.
I stop to take a rest, moving close to a branch that provides shade. Beta Jax, sensing that i was no longer moving with them. He stops then growls at me.

My wolf ignores his growl, lying flat on the ground enjoying the breeze passing through her fur.

I feel really hungry, thirsty, tired and sleepy.
We haven't feed on anything edible except on raw rabbit meat that was caught by Timothy.

    Beta jax soon signals for us to leave.

I try standing on my four feet but fall back to the ground feeling like I am being seeped of my strength. The beta, Lucas and Timothy move close to me, using their heads to assist me. I succeed in standing this time, before continuing our movement.
  

   We soon arrive at the front of a very large pack house and a building close by.

    "Wow!."

I turn to my side, seeing the beta moving towards a secluded area.

  I follow behind silently.

They change into their human form. I turn around obstructing my eyes from seeing anything.

    "Am not ready to be blind yet. "

      I hear silent shuffling of foots. Maybe they are putting on their cloths.

     "Hey, we are gonna leave you here to change back. When you're done, come meet us at that shade over there." Lucas says pointing at a place close to the pack house. I simply nod waiting for them to leave.

Seeing that they are gone.
I change back to my human form.

    I put on my dress that was tied around tanny's calf.

   Then i walk towards beta Jax, Lucas, and Timothy before we making an exit to the pack house.

     We soon get inside.

     My, my.

The sitting room is so mighty.
We stand at the entrance of the room and all eyes turn to stare at us. I immediately feel shy and self conscious.
When their eyes lands on me, most of them glower at me and few just gives me a heartwarming smile.

    "Way to go, Alicia." Tanny says and i just ignore her because she is one of the cause of what I am facing now.

   Lucas and Timothy leaves my side to go hang around with the pack members.
That's when the floor beneath me becomes an excellent sight to behold.

I hear the halt of someone's movement and a voice follows.

    "Are you just going to stand there staring at the floor or You're gonna follow my lead?. Questions beta jax, making the pack members burst out in a mocking laughter.

I roll my eyes, "What's so funny?."
    
Lifting my head. I start walking behind him. We arrive at the door of a room. I guess i will be staying here.

     "This is where you will stay tonight before the arrival of the alpha tomorrow night. He will be the one to decide what's gonna happen to you next, for tonight i have been told to just treat you as a guest." He says.
  
   "okay." I shrug saying. No longer feeling afraid of what's going to happen to me.

He shoots me a surprise glare then turning around to leave.

    " Wait,. " I say and he stops.

    "When do i get my luggage?." I ask.
    
   "It will be sent here to you tomorrow. There are few dresses in the wardrobe, pick out the one you feel comfortable in." he says, and i feel my face go warm.

Oh no... Don't blush you idiot.

     "But it's locked." I state, trying to cover up my blush. I know he notices it but he acts as if he doesn't.

     "It's not locked, just push it open."  He says before walking down the stairs.

    "He is not that bad." I thought

      I push the door open almost falling face flat on the floor.

   "He is so damn bad. " I scoff.

   I stand at the door step checking around. Nice place.

I walk in and shut the door. I undress myself perceiving the smell oozing out of it. I pack the clothes from the floor and dump them in a basket near the large beautiful wardrobe.

I open the wardrobe to scan for clothes, they were either oversize or too tight.

This is a typical stylish unisex room. I wonder who its belongs to.

I decide to settle on a big t-shirt which I know belongs to a male.

I fling the shirt on the bed and walk to small room. This must be the bath room.

I pull at the handle to step in. A loud gasps leaves my mouth.

         "Shower head!...." I screech.

      "I missed you so much... " I screech and doing a little twirl around.

If shower head can look this great, then i will surely turn speechless when seeing the shower head of that big house close to the packs home.

    "In your dreams, don't be too faster than your shadow, stay within your limits." Tanny says and i just chuckle. I was being serious actually.

Now, I am lying on my bed, doing nothing but just staring around. Now i wish i never came out from that bathroom.

You won't believe i stayed in there for like an hour.

Soft knock on the door brings me out of my thought. I walk to the door pulling my dress down since i am not wearing any pant or bra underneath it.

I open the door, the sight of a young, petite girl around my age or even older makes me smile. I hold the door wide, granting her the access to come in.

   She is holding a tray out to me with a smile plastered on her face. I take it from her and place it on the bed, before walking back to her.

      "Hi, my name is Marisa." she speaks
   
       "Nice name. I am Alicia." i say.

        "You look pretty and i love your shirt." she chuckles looking up to meet my eyes. I smile shyly, feeling self conscious since i am no longer pulling at the shirt.

     "Thanks. Please sit." I say pointing at where she will sit.

       "Yeah, thanks. I will not be staying long anyway. I was told Jax brought in someone, deciding not to come alone, so..., i brought this. I know you must be really hungry, it's not easy going on a two days run to this place and i meant it when i said you are pretty." She says.

    I think i am about to make a new friend.

   I actually do know that am pretty without being told.
     You know why? Because i have eyes and this is like the hundredth time am being complimented on my beauty. Hearing it from her makes me feel more beautiful.

    "Thanks. You are also very pretty...." l say blushing at the word.
 
she smiles shyly before turning around to leave.

     She stops.

   "One more thing, please don't hesitate to ask anything from me. " she says waiting for my reply.
    
   "I promise to do just that." I say, giggling. She laughs before stepping out.

     "I have got a friend."
