HELLLO READERS! so sorry that this update took so long! I've had a lot of bad stuff going on in life and my health took a dive, luckily I'm doing a bit better at the moment. Annabeth's pov
When I went to my best mortal friend's house to pick all of our friends up, I was not expecting to see three of them standing under her window, frozen with shock plastered on their faces. The window was shut with the black sun-proof curtains closed.
When they saw Percy, they momentarily forgot whatever they were doing and hugged him. "Percy! Annabeth! Your alive!"
The second those words left Violet's mouth, Casey's blinds were shoved out of the way from two pale hands. Her window screeched as it was slammed open, and she jumped on the rooftop. "Catch me!!!" She yelled as she jumped off the roof.
Percy, Nico, Grover, and Thaila ran forward to catch her. Nico and Grover gave Percy a boost, and he flung up in the air to grab her; Thals slowed their fall with the air currents.
Violet, James, Nancy, and I just shook our heads. Piper, Jason, and Frank screamed. Frank having to hold Hazel up in her shock and fear for another human. "I think we're going to get along," Leo said.
My eyes grew wide at the thought that we just connected Casey Judith Ann Eva, with Leo Valdez! The world is going to be destroyed even if we stop the threat.
She immediately hugged Percy, then Nico, Grover, Thaila, and she ran over and gave me a huge bear hug. "PERCABETHHHHHH!" She screamed, "You came home to me!!!!" She jumped down and ran around to a flabbergasted Jason, Piper, Frank and Hazel, and an amazed Leo.
Piper said, "She's an Aphrodite legacy, right? I'm just assuming."
She walked straight over unsurprisingly and surprised and confused Frank and Hazel with a hug, "FRAZEL! It is so nice to see you again!" She squealed.
"Ummm...you too, person I've never seen before?" Frank uttered, with a perplexed look.
"Jiper! You're here too? Nice to see you as well! Ain't it lovely we can all get together?" They were just about to back up like, 'is this girl insane?' when Casey then moved to Leo and said, "LEO! Where's the other half of Caleo? By the way, it's nice ta see ya again, in the seven, after percabeth, you're my favorite, though I do love every one of you enough to die for you, "She clarified—as though it was common to be willing to die for strangers when your name isn't Percy Jackson.
Leo nodded while the others backed away. "Calypso is doing fine! It's nice to see you too! I am the best! Team Leo for the win!"
Hazel chuckled, and Casey laughed hard, "that was awesome!" Casey told them, "so, how is my birthday sibling doing!"
Leo gasped, "you mean, your July Seventh too?! No wonder your so awesome already; we're soul siblings!" They linked arms.
Casey said, "I'm so excited! So what's up!" She asked. Something was wrong. I looked at Casey.
"Percy," I said. He nodded and immediately went to her side. Nico places a hand on her forehead, "Case? How long have you been sleep deprived? Your barely awake."
Jason's face went slack in shock, except his left eye, which started to twitch, and his body caved in itself as though he had taken a brick to the gut. The other's jaws dropped, and Jason put his hands out, pointing at her with all his fingers, "That's her version of tired!! She jumped out a Freakin window! She hugged all of us without knowing us. She's like a Hephaestus cabin kid that isn't Leo, on Skittles! What do you even mean!"
