Chapter 1: How did I get here?

I'm just your average Skyrim nerd. I have All the books, learned the Thu'ums and even went as far as pretending I was a badass Conjurer that wore the Brotherhood attire. But the thought never once crossed my mind that I would actually get stuck in Skyrim. Yes I love the game but I myself wouldn't want to have to deal with the dangers of Skyrim, Yet here I am, in a wagon with me surrounded by Nords starting my new life in Skyrim.

I yawn as I stretch my chair as my back cracked and popped. Sighing in relief I look at my phone seeing the time. "Crap." I mumble. As my phone said 3:54. I have work in three hours and here I am playing Skyrim.

Picking up the controller I had set down to stretch and save the game out of habit and I turn of my Ps4. Quickly I climb into my bed and close my eyes. I don't know how long I was asleep, but I wake up with a headache from hell and laying on the floor of a not so clean carriage. The first thing that went through my mind isn't 'where the hell am I' but instead I mumble "Damn... My boss is not gonna be happy that I missed work again." Then I jolt up as the carriage jolts causing me to groan and try to hold my head. That is when I realize my hands were bound with rope.

"Hey you, you're finally awake." I hear a voice say. Looking around I noticed a man that seemed all to familiar. "You were crossing the border right? Just like us and that horse theif over there." He says as I mentally scream to myself. 'How did I get here!? What is going on!?'

"Damn stormcloaks, the empire was nice and lazy before you came around." Another man said.

"Oh just shut it you lug." I say looking at the black haired male that spoke. I knew where this was going. We were going to go to helgan and the horse theif or Lokir if I remember correctly was going to try to run away and die, then a random more, then me. Unless the Alduin decided to appear and rescue me, or rescue me on complete accident in his case. Looking around I could smell the fresh air around us as the path led to our final stop. Both nords continue to chatter on about where they were from and then Lokir prayed to the devines.

I took a deep breath to gather my thoughts and then it hit me. I could feel my magika in me which felt like quite a bit, as well as the spells I knew. What surprised me the most was that I already knew bound sword, bound bow, counjer familier, counjer flame atronach, soul trap as well as the basic flames and healing spells. Opening my eyes I frowned slightly. How I knew those already were beyond me but I wasnt about to complain.

"Alright everyone step out of the Carraige and approach when your name is called.

"Damn imperials and there lists." The blond haired nord I knew as Ralof said glaring at the man who was calling off names.

"Ralof of Riverwood." The imperial reading from the list says almost spitting out the words laced with venom. As Ralof walkes by the man it feels as if they were killing eachother with there minds. When they finally broke eyecontact he spoke on. "Ulfric Stormcloak Jarl of Windhelm." He says an I see a man with a big fur coal an a gag walk past him grunting an insult yet muffled due to the gag. "Lokir of Rorikstead."

"No, im not with them, you can't do this!" Lokir yells as he bolted away.

"Archers get ready!" An imperial which was also the captain yells again and all the archers knock their arrows and ready to fire.

"You'll never catch me!" The foolish nord says as he continued running. Then an arrow went flying towards him sinking into the man's skull with a sickening crack. I shake my head sighing.

"You there." The guard with the list says to me as I look at him. "Who, are you?"

"I am Leviathan Midrox, I was born and raised in the wilds of Skyrim." I state not using my real name because if I was going to be stuck in this world for the rest of my life, might as well start anew.

"Captain, he's not on the list, what should we do?" The imperial asks the captain.

"Forget the list." She says as if she hated the sight of me. "He goes to the block." She says and I just look at her as if she were nothing to me and she growled trying to intimidate me (which of course failed miserably) . Then man then desided to speak to me.

"At least you will die in your homeland." He says and then the look he gives me was one that was apologetic as of he knew I wasn't suppose to be here. I just give the man a smile and a wink before I head over and stand beside Ralof.

General Tulius went on and rambles on to Ulfric as I was just waiting patiently. I wasn't worrying about the scene in front of me as I was scanning the skies for the world eater to show up. I was soon snapped back to reality when a red haired nord stepped up and spoke. "Oh for the love of Talos shut up and lets get this over with."

"As you wish." A priest said as I had blanked the rest of the conversation out since I've heard it so many times. The nord then walked over to the executioner and knelt down laying his head on the stone in front of him. Without a second thought the executioner lifted his axe up and brought it back down and lobbed the mans head off and it rolled into a basket that sat in front of the stone.

"Next, the nord in the rags," the captain said and I frowned"excuse me, I do have a name I said glaring at the captain. Suddenly a loud roar filled the hair and I grinned as I knew what was coming. Everyone looked around to see where the noise was.

"What was that?" Someone asked and I answered as I walked up to the executioner.

"That my friend is Alduin." I said as I knelt down waiting to see if I was going to die or be saved by a dragon.

"There's something in the clouds!" A man yelled fearfully as another roar filled the air once more.

"Archerers! What do you see?" The captain asked the archerers (well, more like ordered in my mind).

"Dragon!" Someone yelled in fear as a large black dragon landed on top of a tower sending the executioner stumbling away from me and thats when I made my move.

Right when I was free of the headmans axe I rolled out of the way of a meteor headed my way. Quickly I stand up and look around at the chaos around me. I watched as some people ran around on fire, I turned just in time to see a building fall on some of the thalmor (which made me grin I might add).

"Come on, the gaurds won't give us another chance." A voice said and I looked over to see Ralof standing there Looking like he had just seen a ghost. He then turned and ran into a tower and I quickly followed him up until a meteor hit the tower making stumble back as not to get crushed by the falling stone of the tower. Muttering a curse under my breath I saw a dagger laying on the ground, quickly running to it I grab it and I start to try to cut the rope. (It's harder than you would think, trust me.) The dagger then slipped and I cut my wrist as well as the rope.

"For all thing holy that hurt." I hissed ad I throw the rope down and rip a piece of my ragged clothes to wrap around the cut. I look up to see Alduin still flying around burning everything that moved. I quickly find an opening in his attacks and sprint past a burning house and I manage to find my way into the keep, but before I could make it inside Alduin lands behind me growling.

"Dovakiin, you dare show yourself in during my return, I will end you." Alduin said in his ancient language. (Because the writer is too lazy to actually write in draconic).

"Well, I didn't choose to be here you know." I said glaring at the dragon as I slowly walked backwards toward the keep. "So of you could just let me go that would be great."

"So you can understand my language, but can you withstand my shouts!" He roared. He then took a deep breath and my eyes widened. I turned to try and get into the keep before he could do anything but I wasn't fast enough as he spoke again "Fus Ro Dah!"

The power from his thuum sent me flying into the doors of the keep causing them to fly off their hinges. I then his the stone ground of the keep hard and rolled all the way to the wall hitting that as well. I groan in pain as I gasp for air. My body ached and my head was swimming as the room spun around. "I really have to work on my cardio." I mumble as the world around my goes black.
