"So there's nothing on this general?" Sonya asked.

Blazania shook her head. Tullan was back at the bookshop since both of them couldn't go talk to Sonya. Someone had to watch over the shop. "No. Just his name."

"And yet there's everything about the others," Sonya commented, reading through the pages again.

"Yeah, it's a little weird," Blazania replied.

Sonya thumbed through the pages, trying to gleam other information. When she saw that the king only had one existing daughter and she was unmarried, an idea came to her. "The king only has one child?"

Blazania nodded. "According to that book, yeah."

"Interesting," Sonya said.

"What are you thinking about?" Blazania asked, noticing the look on Sonya's face.

"Something I'll be sure to bring up when it becomes important," Sonya assured Blazania. "Do you mind if I keep this to go through it? I promise I'll return it."

"Oh! Um, sure," Blazania replied. "I'll tell Tullan, I'm sure he won't mind."

"Thank you," Sonya said, looking back down in the book. "This book might just be our saving grace, I'm glad we managed to get ahold of it."

In the human kingdom, the generals were still formulating their plan of attack. Lucas had his own plan.

"So you're telling me we just waltz in there and take one of them?" Liam asked.

Lucas rolled his eyes. "You're not thinking this through, Liam," he told the other general. "We must plan this. It's more than just taking a dragon, it's using them to get what we want. If we can manage to get a dragon to tell us what they know, like the exact location of their little village and how many of them there are."

"We can win this war before it even begins," Frossen contributed. When he spoke, his voice was quite monotonous. "And please our king."

Lucas nodded. "Exactly. We just have to snatch the right one."

"How will we get one, let alone deciding which one to take?" Hailey asked. "We don't know where the village is, let alone how many dragons live there."

"Well I'll simply send out a call and see who answers," Lucas replied. "And we know the general area enough that we can get close. Get me close and I can take care of the rest."

"Why do you get to go?" Caleb demanded.

"Because, Caleb, I am the one most likely to be able to take one of those insufferable dragons without anyone noticing," Lucas told Caleb, keeping his voice calm. "All of your abilities are too disruptive, the whole lot of them are bound to notice if you went."

"How do we know yours isn't?" Hailey asked. "You won't even tell us what you can do."

"That, Hailey, is by order of the king," Lucas informed her softly. "If you have an issue with it, you may take it up with His Majesty."

Frossen nodded, finding this a suitable explanation. "Did His Majesty order you to lead this mission?"

"As a matter of fact, he did," Lucas replied. "He feels that I am the best fit for this. You four. . .are not."

Frossen just nodded again. "Alright then. We should listen to His Majesty, if he feels that this is the correct course of action, than it most likely is."

"Thank you. Are there any other objections?" Lucas asked. When no one said anything, he continued, "Good. Now, let's get to planning."
