(We're finally here! Part of the climax! Please, enjoy this awful writing of it)
Blazania was curled up in the corner of her cell, whimpering. Lucas and Lucy were due any minute now, though she didn't know why they still came. Three weeks had passed since she had been kidnapped, three miserable, awful weeks. She was subjected to scores of mental and physical torture and was now totally convinced that the guy she used to love and her new friend had betrayed her.
The cell door creaked open and Lucas waltzed in, a wicked grin on his face. "Well good morning, dear dragon. It seems we only have one week left together. What do you say we make it count?"
His smooth voice wafted over Blazania, making her shudder. Why did he have to be so. . .weirdly soothing? It was creepy.
A tray was dropped down in front of Blazania. On it was a roll of bread and some grayish-white mush. A cup of water was placed down next to it. This was breakfast. It had been breakfast for the past three weeks and it seemed like it would be breakfast until she died.
Not having much choice, Blazania hungrily devoured the mush and bread, not noticing for its disgusting taste. She was too starved to care. Lucas watched with a smile on his face. He had tamed a dragon-turned her into a pitiful creature that was desperate for the next crumb of food, the next scrap of cloth.
Blazania was now thin, bony, and hollow. Her pale face seemed even paler and gaunt, her eyes sunken and faded, devoid of all hope and joy. Her face had several minor cuts, but no scars. Her brand ached from time to time, but nothing too bad. She had scars up and down her arms, torso, and legs. Whipping scars and scars from Lucy's daggers. Her pants were torn in several places and she no longer wore her boots. They had been taken from her as punishment for resisting early on. Now, she was a shell. A husk of her former self, unable to resist or put up a fight.
A girlish giggle filled the cell. Blazania shuddered, tightening into a ball at the sound of it. Lucy had come in. Blazania had grown to despise that laugh, for that laugh meant everything bad about the world. It was impossible for her to feel happy or joyful in Lucy's presence, though Lucy hardly had to try now. Blazania hadn't felt any positive emotion for a week and a half. It was pointless, she was all alone. No one was coming to get her.
"Well good morning, my fun toy!" Lucy excitedly said as she hopped over to Blazania. "You look extra pathetic today, let's have some more fun with that!"
"Please no," Blazania managed, her voice soft and timid. This is what she had been reduced to-a pathetic shell of her former self.
Lucas sneered. "That's not the answer we were looking for, Dragon. Now, try again. Do you want us to have fun or not?"
Say yes.
"Y-yes," Blazania managed, terror clear in her voice.
"That's better," Lucas replied, taking the empty tray and cup. "Now, let's begin."
Stand up. Go to the oven. Open the oven door and stick a plain iron rod in there.
Blazania had no choice but to obey her "thoughts." Lucas was making sure of it. Blazania made her way to the heavy iron oven door and opened it, grabbing one of the plain iron rods. She stuck the end in there, her pale red eyes dull and complacent.
"Good," Lucas said. "Now let's try something else, shall we?"
Go to the far wall and get into position so the chains can be put around your wrists and ankles. Wait.
Blazania obeyed, standing against the far wall and going spread eagle, preparing for the manacles to be pressed around them.
"Lucy, go chain her up," Lucas ordered.
