"You looking real good today girl," I smile at the associate at Black Diamond, a boutique that my sister likes to shop at.

Even though her ass can't afford shit here.

"What do you want now Shawn," Crystal, the cashier, asks not even looking up from the register.

Shit you if you let me.

"Nothing, I'm just in here shopping for my little sister," she finally looks up at me with a 'bullshit' expression on her beautiful face, "I'm tell the truth this time," I laugh.

"So, this time you're telling the truth, because you have been saying the same thing for the last three times you have visited the store.

"No, no, the first time I came to this store was for my sister, I wanted to see what the big deal about her gushing over the store was. The last two times might have been a white lie cause I wanted to see you, but this time I'm telling the truth," I give her my best smile.

I didn't win Best Smile both my eighth-grade year, and my senior year of high school for nothing.

"How old is your sister, and what is her style?" she rolls her eyes like she does whenever she sees me walk through the door. She if she was another woman, I would have just said bump her and moved on.

Like on some real shit, once a female shows that they have no interest in me I move on with my life. There's plenty of fishes in the sea. But when it comes to Crystal it's something in my body that is just like keep pursuing her, cause I know she wants me, underneath every eye roll her heart is fluttering.

Shit at least I hope so.

"She's turning twenty-one in a couple of months, and she likes shiny things," I shrug not knowing what Mariah likes, but every time I see her she's always wearing something sparkling.

"So, you're buying her gifts months ahead of time?" she arches one eyebrow in disbelief.

"Rather get it now instead of waiting to get it at the last minute."

"Makes sense," she shrugs walking from behind the desk. When her body came into my full view, I couldn't help but to look down at her body, mainly her butt. It isn't big, but it isn't flat either.

It's just grabbable.

"We have a little section over here that would fit her shiny style," I follow behind her as we make our way towards the section, "what do you think about this?" she holds up a little ass multi-color dress. Now this might look good on Crystal, but not on my sister.

I don't give a damn if she is technically an adult.

"Hell no, I will kill a nigga dead if I catch them looking at her in that dress," I shake my head looking away

"Okay, over-protective brother, no problem. We have a bomber jacket made from the same material," she holds up a jacket turning the jacket around giving me a 360 look, "she can wear it at night with a black jumpsuit to make the colors pop. I've seen some people wear it to brunch, even though it doesn't fit the theme in my opinion, but hey."

"I can tell that you like fashion."

"No, I'm just doing my job," she shrugs lowering the jacket, "what size is she?"

"Uh, probably a medium, but she I think that she likes to go up a size."

"My sister makes these clothes a little bigger, so I would just stick with a medium. Now if it doesn't fit the way she likes you can just exchange it for a size she likes."

"I'll keep that in mind."

"Alright, let's go get you checked out," she walks back to the register.
