DAY SOMETHING,DAWN OF THE FINAL DAY-
The sun had risen on Camp Infernarie for the last time in history, and all of the teenagers who currently inhabited the area were all packing up to go home, the relationships they had made here would impact them for the rest of their lives, definitely.Cassidy sighed as she looked at her backpack, which was now full with all the junk she'd dragged along with her.Everybody else was already awake, their beds neatly made with their respective bags on top. This was it.She would be going back to the orphanage today, her life would be stuck as being incredibly boring again.Well,i guess it's time to go...She thought, noticing everyone else had already left.Sighing, she too left the cabin for presumably the last time.
Cassidy looked around at all of the kids she had spent these pretentious weeks with, now, here they all stood at the dirt pathway that led them here in the first place,All the friends and all the enemies here, they had helped her grow as a person, this was truly an experience she would never forget.Specifically, her three best friends,Sammy,Jessica and Cody,oh,how she'd miss them. And Daniel too, cause he was hot-.Cassidy shuddered as a feeling of unmistakable dread began to set in.Once the bus had arrived, she would be taken back to the orphanage, where she would be alone, counting down the days until school inevitably started again. These widespread personalities of all these teenagers had truly made the experience of camp greater, such as Terry, who seemed nice but was actually a ruthless arsonist,or Ricky, and how he was so different to that insufferable thing known as Jacob, who was somehow related to him.Not to mention that epic rivalry she had with Flower, with Claire and Courtney acting as the said girl's spineless followers.Cassidy realised she'd have to hurry up her existential thoughts as she heard the bus approaching.'Well,i guess this is goodbye...' Cassidy said, exasperated. She glanced over at Flower, remembering she would still be stuck with her at the orphanage. As Larold said earlier when she asked if she could live with him now they had so beautifully reunited.'What? No..! My life is even worse than it was before,i can barely take care of myself let alone a teenage girl! Haha,Yeah sorry you're still stuck at the orphanage.' Cassidy stepped onto the bus once it finally arrived, taking a seat next to Sammy and Jessica.'This is it,huh?' Sammy asked her friends, placing her backpack down.'Not really,we never really explained everything.' Jessica pointed out.'Like what?' Cassidy and Sammy asked in unison.Cody slid over to them suddenly, probably to just hang around with them,or to escape his older brothers.'Well, how about the whole blue eyes ghost thing?' Cody turned to face Jessica.'Oh yeah, possession.' 'What?' Jessica replied, confused.'That girl,Tufty,Larold's first daughter, she was possessing people 'cause she felt like it,or she wanted revenge or something i don't know.' Cody explained.'Huh.' I guess that solves everything.' Cassidy said, relaxing a bit more in her seat.'Not everything.' Sammy said.'But don't worry,i'm sure everything will be explained in the inevitable sequel.' Cody,Jessica,Cassidy and the rest of the book's cast looked at her before all saying.'Wait what-'
