The doctor held the baby as careful as he could and then handed the baby to the nurse to clean up after he cut the umbilical chord.
"Now for the next one Rosalina. Lets get the next one out."
Rosalina started to push again and got the second baby out.
The doctor gave the nurses a grim look at the baby and whispered something in one of the nurses ear and the nurse ran off with the baby. The second one wasn't crying...
"Doctor?" He looked at the mother and gave her the first child.
"Only one survived, your first baby. We are trying to help the second child but it doesn't look to good."
The mother lost it. The nurses slowly gave her the first child and the mother just sobbed holding the first child. She was just thankful that she got at least one child....
