Sanskar stepped inside his house as the days work exhausted him ,he hoped for quite some time alone with his wife and Son . Instead found himself drift of their company.

" Maa ,where is Shona? " he asked his mother when she greeted him .

" Well all four of then went to see Swara house as it is Arya birthday or have your forgotten all about your brother in law " his mother teased him , it sometime amused him to have a brother in law who is just four years old .

Arya was the leader of the trio , while Yash his nephew who was born three months later than him was the mischievous one . And his Shona might claim their son as the charming one . Born a year later than his counterparts. He strived hard to fit in with them .

One dimpled smile from their son could melt everyone heart,thus he was more pampered than the rest. It was refreshing to have three boys his mother would say but they have hinted more than once that a daughter would be lovely .

While Laksh teased the Uttara should be burden with one ,even since their little sister got married three months ago . He was the one who was gonna be a father yet again in 7 months according to Ragini three days ago .

His wife told him , it will be a girl for sure and will be pampered by the older boys . The thought of his wife and son ,propelled him to leave their house as he drove to his in-laws .

Laksh the traitor was already present much to his annoyance and it looked like he was the only one who forgot ,his eyes found his wife talking with her mother and then her face lit up to see him .

" Dad ,you are late " a bundle of energy tumbled towards him and Sanskar momentarily forgot his tiredness as he lifted his son into his arms .

" Yes Bade Papa ,you are late again " Yash chimed in and the birthday boy was silent for once .

" Happy Birthday Arya " Sanskar wished his brother in law who only smiled in return while his eyes searched for his present. Sanskar was glad he stopped by a gift shop on the way as he produced his gift to the boy .

" Don't say you got him a gift that will outdo mine , now I will lose his favor " Laksh grumbled as he stood beside him , yet Sanskar knew it had no heat because he laughed a bit later.

It took another five minutes to greet his father in law and only then he walked towards his wife still holding his son in his arms .

" Sharuya Sanskar Maheshwari , will you give me a moment to speak with your dad " his wife talked with her son. Who flashed his dimpled smile and ran off to join the others , Everyone may shorted their kids name but his Shona found it hilarious to call him by his full name .

" And why haven't I been notified of Arya birthday " Sanskar asked his voice as he gently kissed her cheek in greeting.

" Well it is upto you to remember. " his wife smiled mischievously and leaned into him . And truth be told the last few months have been stressful and he hated it was depriving him of family time .

" Wait till this projects get over, I am whisking you and Shaurya off to a vacation " Sanskar whispered to his wife who was already shaking her head .

" You know I can't take time of from the foundation now . I have already spent lot of time ignoring it during Shaurya birth and till he was bit grown up and now only I am slowly focussing on it , I can't take a break now " his wife voice held a thread of disappointment that was akin to how he felt as well.
