One day you'll realize that no, she's not just having mood swings, she just a flat out bitch. Thats just who she is, how she acts. Her delicate, building nature. Shes not a complete screw up with a quest to ruin your life and completely demolish your self worth and self asteem. She pretty much does that naturally, like it comes to her such as a gift. And you crying yourself to sleep some nights wont change the fact that she is just . . . Your sister and born bitch, to everyone.
