Kenny opened his teal blue eyes.
His chest and crotch were a bit sore, but besides that, he felt normal.
He was laying on his bed...er... mattress, with his pet rat laying on his chest.
Some snow was piled up in the corner of his room from a small hole in the ceiling.
Kenny day up and winced at the searing pain in his stomach.
"Ah! What the-" He exclaimed.
Then it all started coming back to him. The kiss, the detention, Craig, him, Tweek, Kyle, the anger, the yelling, the pain, the punches... the hospital.
Craig killed me! Kenny thought. He remembered being beaten up. But Craig's the one who cheated! He should be punished, not me! But he couldn't imagine living a life without Craig.
That's when he remembered his epiphany.
"Ugh, I cant be in love! Kenny McCormick only has one night stands! I refuse to have a crush!"
He pushed through the pain and sat up.
He stood up and walked over to a cracked mirror on his wall.
He had a black t shirt and shorts on.
No wonder I'm so cold!
There were bruises everywhere on his body.
He threw his hoodie on and pulled the strings extra tight. He put on orange pants with holes in the knees and stains all over.
When he walked into the kitchen he saw his big brother, Kevin McCormick, and his little sister, Karen McCormick, eating a pop tart like nothing had happened.
"Hey Kev, hi Kare-bear. Leave me some!" He said, trying to sound cheerful.
He sat down next to Kevin and got himself a hard punch in the arm.
He ate about 1/4 of the pop tart and stood up.
"Y'all want a ride to school?" He asked, trying to fake a smile. The fear of being literally beaten to death because he loved someone was stuck in the back of his mind.
"You can't drive Kinny!" Karen reminded him.
"The hell I can't!" He snapped back.
"We don't have a car."
Kenny sighed, he had known from the start that his family was poor, and that life for him wouldn't be as easy as it was for other kids.
When his friends called him 'poor bastard' they didn't understand how true it was.
"I can steal one." He said, "or we can hitch-hike!"
"I'd rather take the bus." Karen replied, shaking her head. She gestured for their brother to follow as she walked out of the small home.
Kenny watched his siblings walk down the freezing street, holding their coats close to their bodies.
He zipped up his hoodie and went outside.
How is it warmer out here than in my house? Kenny thought angrily.
He walked over the railroad tracks and left his house and Sitipa Town behind, as he entered the good side of town.

"Mr and Mrs Tweak... how are you...?" Craig asked once Tweek's mom answered the door.
"What do you want?" She snapped.
"I-is Tweek Okay...?"
"He isn't here." She growled. "Now run along and never come back!"
"B-But i... love him..."
"So you cheated on him?!"
Craig stood in silence for a moment. Fuck, he told his parents!
"Look, I made a mistake. I fucked up! But that doesn't mean I don't love your son!"
Tweek's mom seemed to calm down a bit.
"Well... he's still not here." She told him.
"Okay... well I know where to find him! Thank you Mrs Tweak!" Craig yelled over his shoulder as he ran down the street.
