Random Story #1

It was a stormy Wednesday night, I had just got home from work. I was walking to my door, it was raining so hard I couldn't see. I got my keys out and unlocked the door as I went inside. I was getting out of my wet clothes when my phone dinged, it was an unknown number, so I let it say on read. I went down stairs and put me some water on the stove for some tea. I was listening to music when there was a knock on my door, I walked over and there was a man maybe a-little older than me or younger I couldn't tell. I opened the door and I asked, "Can I help you?" he looked up and smiled, he didn't look harmful, so he goes "may I use your phone?" I go "yes come in," he walked in he was about 6'4ish and was handsome. I go "is everything okay?" he goes "not really my car broke down and I need a ride." I go "okay," he goes "can you dial it for me, I'm dripping wet." I go "sure," as I dial the number and I go "would you like some tea or a towel?" he goes "both, please?" as the person picks up. they go "hello?" and I walked off to let them talk and came back with a towel, he goes "thank you," I go "your welcome," as I fix two cups a tea. Then I hear "okay good see you in a bit." Then my phone hung up, I walked over and I go "here's your tea." He takes it and said, "thank you." I go "your welcome," as I sat down beside at the bar. He goes "you're really beautiful, I'm Damon." I blushed "thank you, I'm Christen." as I looked away for a moment. He goes "you live her by yourself?" I go "yeah, but my roommate comes and goes she FAMOUS." He goes "nice, normally we don't get this much rain for Los Angeles." I laughed "I know, I've only been here for couple months but I see the weather." He goes "yeah," I go "and technically I'm her roommate, she's letting me stay here while I go to school and work."

He looked at me and smiled, I drank my tea as did he. He goes "I've lived here my whole life but never meet anyone like you." I go "like me?" he goes "yes, like you," as the doorbell rang, I got up and answered it. I opened the door and there was another guy, I turned, and Damon was standing there looking at me and then him. He goes "Christen this is my friend, Kurt." As he walked over to the door and walked out. I go "hi?" as Damon goes "see you around, okay?" I go "okay," as I smiled. They walked off and I shut the door, it was about 7pm now. I cooked me some dinner and eat, I sat on the couch as I passed out. I woke up later on the couch and went up to bed. I went back to sleep, as I did it wasn't long my alarm went off. I moaned "seven o'clock already?" as I sat up and crawled out of bed. I got ready for work and went downstairs to leave, when I opened the door. There was a box, I looked around and bent down and got picked it up. I was like "what is this?" as I shut and locked the door behind me. I got into my car and opened the box, it didn't say nothing on it. Inside there was my towel and some other goodies, and a note; "sorry I left with you towel, but I watched it and got you some goodies to make up for it." I smiled as I put it all back into the box, but the goodies I put them in my bag. The box in the bac seat as I started the car and drove to work.

I got to work and went inside. I was working, and it was after lunch it was about 2:45 when my office phone rang, I answered it and it was the desk from downstairs. They go "you have a delivery Miss Christen." I go "okay, send it up please." I was working when two guys walked in with rose's, and they go "delivery for Miss Christen." I go "that's me, thanks." They go "your welcome and you have a few more coming." I go "what?" as they nodded and walked out. Then someone else brought in two more vases of rose's, I go "thank you." as I start to check the note on them, I go "Damon send these? Why?" I put the notes back and finished up my work and was out of there by 4. Traffic was a pain in the ass, that's why I leave before or after 5. Lucky where I lived, and work is less than about twenty minutes away, I was driving home and when I got there, there was a SUV I didn't know. I pulled in and went to the door, but it was unlocked. I walked in I go "Hello? Anyone here?" nothing as I walked to the kitchen counter and put my box and bag down. I was taking a bite out of my muffin that Damon gave me, when I heard "there's my roommate," as I put the muffin down and turned around, I go "here I am girl." As he ran to me and hugged me. she goes "it's been too long," I go "I know, but your famous." She goes "yeah and no, I'm just like you." I go "yeah maybe." She goes "also that ride out front is yours." I go "what? I have a car." She goes "I know, but this one is paid for and you have nothing to worry about, I have you covered." I go "I can't take it." She goes "you are, and you will." As she put the keys in my hand, and she goes "also pizza and other foods are on way." I go "your too good, you know." She goes "I know, I like you that's all." I stopped, and I go "you like me?' she goes "yeah." As the doorbell rang and she skipped over to it and opened it, she got the food and brought it too the counter.
