"Ouch that hurt" (😅) daniel said quietly as the doctor took the sticky patches off his skin. The doctor gave daniel a small smile. Daniel was getting released from the hospital today but jack and corbyn didnt tell him that zach had gone into cardiac arrest. The men were sitting with zach whilst the doctors were checking daniel out when it happened. The machine beside zach started to go off and zach arched his back a bit (I dont know just go with it) jack rushed to get the doctors and corbyn tried his best to comfort the boy. The doctors had jack and corbyn leave the room whilst all this occurred. Corbyn cried in jacks arms out in the hallway. The couple went to daniels room "ready to go?" Jack asked daniel trying to be happy but he couldnt hide that he was worried sick about his other son. "Depends is zach ready to go?" Daniel says getting out of the bed. Corbyn and jack shared a look "w-well not exactly" corbyn says sitting on the end of the bed and motioning for daniel to sit next to him. Daniel sat beside his father. "Well bub zach cant come home yet" corbyn says calmly "why? Whats wrong with him?!?!" Daniel says his voice getting higher with every word. "Shh calm down" jack soothed the boy "no tell me whats wrong" daniel whinnes his heart pounding fast. "Well sweetheart this morning so-somthing bad ha-happened zach went into cardiac arrest" corbyn explains his voice cracking toward the end. Daniel felt as if he had been kicked in the stomach. Without a word daniel ran out the hospital room ignoring his father's yelling for him to come back. Daniel ran up to the front desk "zachary besson averys room number please I'm his brother" he blurts out out of breath. The blond lady at the desk looked at daniel and smiled "room 569" she said and daniel took off running. Daniel got in the elevator before corbyn and jack could catch up to him. Daniel tried to catch his breath but he was so shaky and panicky he needed zach he couldnt imagine a world without his angle. Daniel rushed out of the elavator and into room 569. Daniels breath hitched when he saw zach. He closed the door with his foot and slowly went over to zach. "Oh zach" he says quietly. Daniel grabs zachs hand and gives it a small sqeeze. "I'm so sorry" daniel says dropping to his knees still holding zach hand. Daniel began to sob "Common zach wake up i cant live with out you!" Daniel cries out . coebyn and jacks hearts broke when they finally made it to the room and saw the events that were taking place. Corbyn got on his knees beside daniel and pulled the sobbing boy into his arms whispering soothing things to the boy. Jacks heart just broke he never cried infront of his kids but he couldnt help it as the tears leaked from his eyes. "Zach can you hear me?" Jack whispered to his little boy sitting on the bed beside zachs lifeless body. "If you can hear me please wake up we love you so much and we'll be back later tonight" jack said kissing zachs forehead. "I-i dont wanna leave him" daniel says whipping his own tears away. "We'll be back later sweetheart" corbyn said helping daniel up. Daniel went over to zach and kissed his head withoit a word he walked out of the room jack and corbyn slightly trailing behind him
