Chapter Four w/ note :
Today was Thursday. Three more days until we go to the beach. I woke up and looked at the clock. 6:57 A.M. Wow, that must be a record for me. Since I dislike waking up in the mornings. I got out of bed and went up to my closet. I pulled out a random shirt Charlie bought me yesterday. The shirt was pink, and had small ruffles on it. I grabbed a pair of denim shorts and ran into the bathroom.
I got dressed, did my hair, which was pulling it into a high ponytail, put on some makeup, and then brushed my teeth. I smiled in the mirror. I looked like a normal person, and that was all I was going for. I walked back to my bedroom and pulled out my laptop.
I went to the report I was writing for school. I had to do an essay on what I did this summer, since I'm taking a writing class. I scrolled over the words, making sure the puncuation was correct and everything I put in there was accurate.
Kyla and I skyped Niall a week ago about my report, and the two of them persuaded me to add my adventure on meeting One Direction. It took me three days to decide if I wanted to add Harry's name in it or not. And so I did. Typed in his name. Only three times, that was it.
"Aria, what are you doing up?" Kyla yawned walking into my bedroom. She was still in her pajamas, "I've never seen you up this early."
"Well, I have to do some important business," I kept my eyes locked on the laptop's screen.
"Geez. All you do is work these days. Why can't you just relax and think about good things in life?" Kyla asked taking a seat next to me on my bed.
"Because not everyone, like me, has nothing good things in their lives. Charlie has money to buy the state of Florida, and money is good, Vivian has a family who loves her and visits once a week, since they live only thirty minutes away, and my family never communicates with me because my parents are busy twenty four seven, and you have Niall. Which is love. Something I'll never have," I said looking her in the eye.
"You do have love. You just decide to hide from it," Kyla scoffed.
"If you can see, I'm very busy. Now go," I said motioning to the door.
"Didn't you finish that essay already?" Kyla asked, "What is it now? Like seventy pages? The professor only told us to do around fifty. You are over the limit."
"He didn't say fifty," I corrected, "He said we can do as many pages as we like, as long as there is more than ten. And my essay is only thirty pages."
"Which is too long," Kyla rolled her eyes, "I hate reading."
"But yet you read 1D fan fics, 1D articles in magazines, 1D tumblr blogs, 1D facts, and other things that deal with 1D, involving reading," I said saving my report.
"Those are actually fun to read," Kyla crossed her arms, "And most of the time I watch videos about 1D and look at their pictures. So I don't read that much."
"You and Niall read my essay's first page. You both said it was terrible," I said looking at her in the eye again.
"No we didn't."
"Yeah, you did. Niall said it was like seeing a world without Nandos, and that was from the heart. While you said that it was like seeing Savannah's face over and over again, along with Harry making me mad."
"I never said that."
"You did say that. You took my computer and typed the first page over again, while Niall sat there laughing."
"That never happened."
"Don't deny your actions."
"Don't deny love."
