•Hannah's POV•

*concert*

"Hey everyone!" I say as me and shawn walk out on stage we sit in our little stools that are already up there. Everyone cheers and says we love you Hannah and we love you shawn. we both say we love you all to. Someone walks out on stage and hands Shawn his guitar.

"Well as you may know a few days ago I was diagnosed with cancer. So I have two weeks to do anything I want before I go to get chemo treatments. Thanks to Ed Sheeran and my amazing boyfriend, Shawn, I get to be here and sing to you all guys. This is a cover of one of my favorite songs called Hallelujah by Leonard Comen. Here it goes!" Shawn starts to strum some chords on the guitar and it comes to the part I sing.

I looked at Shawn with a smile and he smiled. I stood up and walked down the runway. I looked out I I the crowd and everyone had there phones out with there flashlight on swaying it back and fourth.

I get done singing and I start to tear up shawn puts the guitar down and runs to were I am on stage. he hugs me and spines me around. I start to cry happy tears.

"Shawn I did. I can't believe I did it!" I say while breathing heavily. "And you did it beautifully!" everyone is clapping and cheering. We turn around and wave I give high fives to the people in the front row and we go back stage. It is time for Ed Sheeran to go on stage.

He gets out there and what he says shocks me.
