~time skip  2 years~

"O-of course. May I ask if Leo Agne become my personal knight?" Zella said with a determined look. "I'm sorry but that's a no" The king replied quickly, the princess looks down while the young blond man was sweating bullets as we speak.

Zella took a step forward, "But your highness, he is the second child of the Agne family. The Agne family is known for having the best swordmanship and has full loyalty, they have served under our family for generations, May I ask why he can't be my personal knight? I believe that he Is qualified to do so." The princess said.

'Thank you, Kyle for letting me know that information!' Zella thought; On the way back to the castle Kyle explained to the princess about Leo, "Your highness, I have gathered information about Leo Agne. He is the second son of the Leo family, he was probably sold because his elder brother was more qualified for the position as the next heir." "I see. Thank you ,Kyle".

Viktor's eyes widen by a fraction, he closed his eyes and smirk. "Very well then, May I ask if you have entered the military school yet?" The young man bowed down, "I have not yet entered for I am still nine years old." 'So he is a year under Eins' The blond king thought to himself.

"Very well then" The king smiled, The young princess' blue eyes shined "Thank you very much!" "But under one condition" the black haired princess' smile froze along with her body while Leo stiffened. "M-May I ask what is that condition?" Leo asked.

"I will let you go to the military school but there, you need to be my first son, Eins' personal guard. I am quite worried that the other nobles might do something to him." The king said, "O-of course, your majesty!" And thus, the king formally assigned the young Agne to become the princess' personal knight and Eins' guard in military school.

The princess and her new knight walked out the office, "Your highness, Did it go according to plan?" Kyle asked, "Plan?" Confusion can be written on Sarah and Leo's face. "fufu yes it did, but father said he would enroll him to military school and be Eins' guard." "That reminds me, Does your highness go to a school?" Sarah asks, the princess shakes her head "Fortunately no, All of my studies is either self taught or taught by my royal tutor. Even if I go to a school, I doubt that I would be comfortable there." "I see" Sarah decided to drop the topic there, for she did not want her highness' to be angry.

While I was walking in the front, Sarah made quick eye contact with Kyle which didn't get unnoticed by me. 'I wonder what they're up to...' I closed my eyes, trying to suppress my sigh.I wish they could trust me...well let's just pretend that I know nothing about it.

It was now night time, I was wearing my silky light pink night gown with slippers. Finding my way to Kai's room, I knock on his door.

"Good evening,Kai." I greet him with a small smile with a book secured tightly on my little hands. Since kids books were not really a thing during this time, I write my own stories on this book for Kai. 

I sit down on a chair beside his bed, opening my book and turning the page to where we left off. Kai's eyes shone brightly, I guess he was curious what will happen next in the story.

"The little boy was so happy someone could finally understand him. He felt so happy that tears started to built up. Her older sister hugged her-" I continued to tell the rest of the story until he fell asleep. I gently close the book, and exit the room, "Good night, Kai" 

I bumped into Einii-sama, It seems like he was listening to the story. I blush in embarrassment, "G-good evening, einii-sama. May I ask for how long you've been standing there for?" "Ever since you came to his room." He responded, I blushed even harder if that was even possible. I cover my face with the book in a pathetic attempt of hiding my embarrassment.

"That story, I never heard it before. Who was the author?" Einii asked, Do I tell him? I mean I can just lie but I don't even know any authors. 

"I-it was me, I did it. Sorry it was really bad wasn't it? I'll just read books from the royal library next time." Einii pat my head, "It was decent enough. I can tell you put a lot of effort in it. You should go to bed now.Good night, Zella" 

"Good night to you too, Einii-sama" I smile as I went back to my room. 'Einii sama praised me!'

The next day, Sarah came in to wake me up,she opened the curtains letting the light come into the room...? (dude help me here) "Your highness, It's morning please wake up." I blink, trying to adjust to the brightness of the room. " I had already prepared, your bath and dress."  I nod and proceed to do my morning routine.

Sarah brushed my hair and put it on a rose bun. The dress for today was very cute, It was a gold dress with silver ribbon and beads. Simple but cute, As I was admiring the dress when someone knocked my door, Sarah opened the door as Kyle and Leo came in. They bow down," Good morning, your highness. His majesty the king has requested for your presence." 

I nod and make my way to his office,I wonder what father needs? or maybe he just wants to see me because he misses his daughter...yeah I think it's the second one, I sweat drop.
